What should those who have awakened their Innate Techniques do?
Like those peripheral members of the Alben Family, either join the nobles, become their henchmen, or be dispatched to manage some gang under a noble's command.
Or, still be castrated, given the Gender Transformation Potion, and then sold off all in one seamless motion...
After the nobles achieved priority control over the Extraordinary through ancestral accumulation, they didn't make the world better. Instead, they chose to lock the doors of class ascension, ensuring that commoners would always remain commoners.
Even if you awaken your Innate Technique, you must sell yourself to the nobles unless you possess an exceptionally defying ability, one that intimidates with the power of about the Tier Four level upon awakening. Only then would the nobles consider taking you as a son-in-law or under better conditions to keep you as a dog for its value.
But essentially, still a dog under their command.
