Each of the Kangs howled madly, beating their chests and stomping their feet like a group of frenzied apes. At that moment, a golden portal opened in the center of the Doom Arena.
Dr. Doom emerged, cloaked in green and wearing his iron mask. Though his face was hidden, the way he regarded the shouting Kangs gave the illusion of a calm, almost mocking smile.
Some Kangs panicked, trying to hide behind the audience seats, but most roared in anger, shouting to kill the intruder. They had the numbers—why be afraid?
A blue-skinned Kang approached Doom with an energy gun. Doom moved like a shadow, rushing forward with inhuman speed. Lightning magic surged, enveloping the arena. Missiles appeared from nowhere, breaking apart midair into precise projectiles, striking each Kang with deadly accuracy. Magic and technology erupted simultaneously.
Screams echoed across the Doom Arena, but this time they were screams of fear. Hundreds of Kang variants scattered in every direction. Some scrambled up the audience seats, others squeezed under the low walls, desperate to survive.
Immortus Kang, a leader of the Kang Council, bellowed at his followers, calling them fools. He charged at Doom, only to retreat within seconds, clutching his head in terror. He activated his time technology to escape—but found the arena's time sealed. There was no escape. Every Kang was forced to face Doom's merciless assault.
Gradually, the screams ceased, leaving a haunting silence. The blood of countless Kangs coated the barren arena. Doom stood atop the viscous layer, calmly surveying his conquest.
Outside the screen, Jarvis said, "Dr. Doom single-handedly neutralized the threat the Kang Council posed to the Multiverse. And in doing so, he acquired all of the Kangs' time technology."
"The Kang Council's strength against the TVA relied entirely on their time-based weapons," Jarvis continued. "After all, the TVA was established by a Kang who won a Multiverse war hundreds of millions of years ago. Now, with this technology, Doom can challenge the TVA himself. His ambitions are slowly becoming clear. For decades, he has secretly explored the Multiverse's secrets using the TVA's convenience. His betrayal began long ago, decades before your time, Young Master."
Jarvis detailed Doom's attack on the TVA: sealing it off, destroying its technology, neutralizing resisting personnel, and erasing memories. Those who supported him were taken along, leaving the TVA adrift outside of time for decades. The footage on the screen corroborated every word.
Dark Strange and Black Strange exchanged glances, stunned. "He betrayed the TVA… yet retained so many followers?" Black Strange muttered. At least half of the TVA's personnel had willingly joined Doom—a rebellion disguised as a recruitment drive.
Malrick explained, "It's not surprising. Doom possesses immense personal charisma. His goals are not necessarily unjust. In some parallel worlds, even Doctor Strange might serve under him."
Black Strange recoiled. "Impossible! All Stranges are arrogant; no Strange would obey another!"
Malrick smirked. "And yet here you are, my messenger. What's impossible now?"
He turned back to Jarvis. "The TVA's destruction is clear, but the contraction of the timeline remains a question. How did Doom achieve it?"
Jarvis shook his head. "I don't know, Young Master. However, Doom focused much of his investigation on a certain individual who once saved the TVA and the Multiverse—a Loki variant with crucial ties to the Multiverse timeline. Doom's rebellion only began after gathering extensive intelligence on this Loki."
The surveillance footage concluded with Doom opening a portal, leading TVA employees away. Before stepping through, he looked back—part farewell to the past, part declaration of war on the future.
"Humans fall ill, and the world falls ill. This world is sick—it should not be this way," Doom said. "Those so-called Superheroes claim to protect the world, but they worsen its sickness. To safeguard the Multiverse and countless worlds, everything must be torn down and rebuilt. All answers lie at the end of time, where everything begins and ends. Soon, I will obtain that power and bring true order to the Multiverse."
After stepping through, the video ended.
Dark Strange stared at the screen. "He is obsessive. Whatever he desires, he will drag the entire Multiverse into the abyss."
Malrick glanced at Black Strange, a faint smile playing at his lips. How could a darkened Strange accuse another of obsession? A keen sense for his own kind, perhaps.
"Now, there's no doubt," Malrick said, voice calm but resolute. "Dr. Doom is the architect behind the Multiverse collisions. How he accomplished it likely ties to the power he mentioned."
