Arthur's words lingered in the corridor.
"I don't have much to say, young man, just..."
The King paused. His eyes shifted toward the closed doors of Mera's chamber, "Thank you for saving my daughter once again."
The corridor remained quiet after that.
Beyond the transparent walls, Atlantis continued its slow recovery. The artificial lights of the city shimmered through the surrounding ocean, illuminating ruined streets where reconstruction crews had already begun working.
Massive coral structures were being reinforced. Damaged mana barriers were being repaired. Search parties moved through the darker districts, looking for survivors who might still be trapped beneath the debris.
The battle was over but the scars remained. Albedo stood beside the balcony, his hands resting casually in his pockets.
He glanced toward Arthur, "It's fine."
