After the Minotaur died, Grey smiled bitterly before spitting out a mouthful of black blood.
He had also been affected by the poison he had released into the air. It was a specially formulated, fast-acting poison that took effect the moment it came into contact with the air. Even someone with a powerful physique would find it difficult to resist once they inhaled enough of it.
If Grey hadn't ended the battle as quickly as he had, he would have been at serious risk of being poisoned as well.
Fortunately, the battle was over.
Grey reached into his storage ring and brought out a small medicinal bottle. He opened it without hesitation and tossed several pills into his mouth before swallowing them.
A warm medicinal energy quickly spread throughout his body.
His pale expression gradually recovered, and the unhealthy blackness beneath his skin slowly faded. His complexion soon returned to normal, allowing Grey to finally heave a sigh of relief.
He closed his eyes for a moment.
