After Ren was done planning how he was going to spend his night, he came inside Tega's mouth and Tega easily managed to swallow everything.
Then he asked the ladies if he needed to be present for the meeting anymore. In reply, he was obviously told that there was no need. As Ren would not be entering the Dungeon, obviously there was no need for him to learn the strategies that the ladies were coming up with.
Sasha was in the same boat. She was here for some business dealings so she would definitely not be entering the dungeon in any situation. So she was also fine to leave.
As for Palcara, even though she did have some plans regarding helping the ladies of the Dragon Seeking Maiden out, she was planning to do that only occasionally and for most of her time here, she was definitely going to be with her daughter.
