He transforms the battlespace into a kill zone where standard physical cover, durability, and stealth are rendered mathematically obsolete.

Total Terrain Penetration: The scan highlights the exact silhouette and structural weak points of targets through all intervening terrain, building materials, and smoke.
Conclusion: Standard cover doctrines are entirely negated. If a hostile is within the 60-meter scan cone, Cyte-09 knows exactly where they are and precisely where to shoot them, regardless of how much concrete or steel is between them.

Cyte-09 manifests a weapon system designated "Neutralizer," a high-caliber energy sniper rifle with physics-violating projectile properties.
Anomalous Ricochet: Projectiles do not stop upon impacting a target. If a bullet strikes a mapped weak point, the residual kinetic energy ricochets with perfect precision to seek out and strike the weak points of other nearby hostiles.

3. Avoid the Scan Cone: The 60-meter forward arc is a strict kill zone. Flanking maneuvers must be executed from the rear or extreme lateral angles outside the antenna's projected scanning field.
4. Freeze Protocol: If the alt-fire cryogenic grenades are deployed, treat the affected area as an immediate no-movement zone. The extreme cold will immobilize or kill assembled forces and disable most weaponry. Wait for the effect to dissipate rather than attempting to push through it.
