(Flashback no Jutsu to few minutes back)
Nami let out a long, slow sigh, boneless and content in Takuya's lap. The warmth of his arms, the steady beat of his heart under her ear, the sweet taste of the tangerine still on her tongue—it all filled the lonely void inside her completely.
Mira skipped back from the galley, but she wasn't carrying tea. She held a small, instant camera, her eyes sparkling. "This moment is too precious! We must save it! A photo, Master! A photo with all of us, just like this!"
Robin's smile widened. "A commemorative picture. A fine idea."
Vivi perked up, nuzzling closer against Takuya's right side. "Yes! Please!"
Takuya chuckled, the sound rumbling through Nami. "Alright. One photo."
Mira clapped and set the camera on a nearby crate, fiddling with the timer. "Okay, it's set! Ten seconds!" She dashed behind the bench, squeezing in behind Takuya's back.
Nami felt Takuya's arms adjust around her waist. Robin shifted gracefully, pressing her entire left side against Takuya's right arm. She guided his right hand to rest intimately against her ribs, his fingers splayed between her breasts and just above her belly button
just beneath the curve of her breast.
It was a position of deep trust and closeness, his hand looking as if it were holding her very heart. Vivi mirrored the action on his left side, clinging to his arm and placing his left hand in a similar, intimate hold against her own body.
Nami remained curled in his lap, her face tilted up towards his, one of her hands resting on the side of his chest, while her face on her chest as she could hear his heartbeat.
Mira peeked over Takuya's shoulder, wrapping her arms around his neck from behind, her cheek pressed to his. "Smile!" she chirped.
The camera flashed with a soft click and a whir. A moment later, the photo slid out. Mira grabbed it and waved it gently. "It's perfect! Look!"
She handed it to Nami. The photo developed before their eyes. It was a picture of pure, tangled affection. Takuya sat like a king on his bench-throne. Nami was curled possessively in his lap, her expression one of sleepy peace.
Robin, on his right, wore a serene smile, her body melded to his side, his hand resting intimately high on her torso. Vivi, on his left, had a look of proud joy, clinging just as close. Mira's beaming face was above them all, her arms around Takuya like a joyful halo.
"It's beautiful," Nami whispered, her heart swelling.
"But wait!" Mira said, a daring glint in her eye. "We need one more! A real family photo! Master, close your eyes!" She reached around and gently covered his ears with her hands so he couldn't hear her plan.
Takuya raised an eyebrow but obeyed, a small smile on his lips. "What are you planning, Mira?"
"Listen! On my signal, everyone kisses the Master! A kiss to seal our bond! Nami-sama, you take his lips. Robin-sama, take his right cheek. Vivi-sama, take his left, and... well, I'll get the forehead!"
Nami's heart leaped. His lips? Her first kiss? A warm, shy thrill went through her. Robin's smile turned softly mischievous. Vivi bit her lip, her eyes shining with excitement.
Mira removed her hands from Takuya's ears. "Ready? One... two... THREE!"
Nami didn't hesitate. She turned her face up, her eyes locking onto his mouth. With a surge of feeling, she pressed her lips to his. It was soft at first, then firmer, a slow, passionate surrender.
She felt the warmth of his mouth, the slight parting of his lips. Her own lips moved gently, tasting him, giving herself completely in this first, intimate kiss. Her hands came up to frame his face, holding him there. It was a kiss of thanks, of belonging, of pure love.
On his right, Robin tilted her head. She encircled his neck with her arms and placed a long, loving kiss high on his cheekbone. Her eyes closed in deep happiness, her body melting against him.
On his left, Vivi did the same, wrapping her arms around his neck. She kissed the corner of his mouth, playful and sweet, but the kiss lingered, becoming soft and deep with her own deep affection.
From behind, Mira planted a loud, smacking kiss on the top of his head.
The camera, still on the timer, flashed again.
This second photo was different. It was pure, unguarded affection. It captured the moment of all four women connected to him, their lips pressed to his skin, their expressions perfectly captured.
Nami's face was tilted up in passionate surrender, her lips locked on Takuya's. Robin's expression was one of serene, deep love as she kissed his cheek. Vivi's eyes were closed, a happy tear on her lashes as she kissed the corner of his mouth. Mira was pure joy. Takuya's face held a look of profound, peaceful acceptance, surrounded by their love.
Mira collected the second photo, sighing happily as it developed. "Now this is a treasure. I'll keep them safe forever."
Nami looked at the two photos, then snuggled back into Takuya's chest. She had her proof. She was seen, she was held, and she was loved. She was home.
"My turn next," Robin said, her voice a soft murmur. A playful, unspoken agreement passed between the girls. They moved like a gentle wave. Robin smoothly slid into Takuya's lap, replacing Nami, who moved to Robin's previous spot at his right side. Vivi shifted to the left, and Mira stayed behind him.
They repeated the pose. This time, on Mira's signal, it was Robin who turned and captured Takuya's lips in a deep, confident kiss full of quiet passion, while Nami and Vivi kissed his cheeks. The camera flashed.
Then it was Vivi's turn in his lap. Her kiss was sweeter, initially shy but growing bolder, a kiss of joyful devotion as Robin and Nami kissed his cheeks. Another flash.
Finally, Mira scrambled into his lap, giggling. Her kiss on his lips was less practiced but full of fierce, happy love, enthusiastic and pure as the others kissed his face. The final flash went off.
Each woman now held a special photo—the one where they were the one kissing their Master's lips, a private treasure to keep.
(Flashback no Jutsu ends)
On the Going Merry, Sanji had watched the entire scene, his face white with horror. The multiple kisses, the changing positions—it was too much.
"It's a ritual!" he gasped, his voice shaking with terror. "The photos are to cement the enchantment! And the shared kiss... it's a bonding ceremony! This is catastrophic! He's not just stealing their wills, he's creating a harem linked by dark magic!"
He frantically began scribbling in his book, titling a new page: "Counter-Charm for Multi-Target Emotional Soul-Binding." His hands wouldn't stop trembling.
Suddenly, Mira threw something towards the merry, a small delivery. Tied to a stone was a sealed tube. With trembling hands, Sanji opened it. Three instant photos fell out.
The first showed Nami, her lips locked with Takuya's in a passionate kiss.
The second showed Robin kissing Takuya with deep devotion.
The third showed Vivi in the middle of a sweet, loving kiss with him.
Written on the back of each photo was a note in elegant, looping script:
'It's been what, two months, Cook? And in all that time, what do you have to show for your 'chivalry'? A lonely ship and a broken heart.
Look at my last few days. I gained a brilliant navigator who trusts me enough to show me her tears. A scholarly beauty who seeks comfort in my arms and surrenders herself completely to me. A princess who chooses my side over her own kingdom. They sit in my lap.
They kiss me. They do it all willingly, happily, just to be close to me. My only job is to enjoy it. It's a good life. You should try it sometime, but we both know you can't.
So, let's make this interesting. A wager.
On each new island, I will send you the name and a description of the next beautiful woman who will 'willingly' join my crew and my harem. Your task is to simply stop her from falling in love with me. If you can prevent even one of them from choosing me, from wanting me, I lose. I will set every woman here free and deliver them to you personally.
But when you fail—and you will—you will admit your defeat in a public place. You will shout, for all to hear: "I, Sanji, am a love-cook who can't even boil water in a woman's heart! My love is a pathetic, flavorless joke next to Takuya's!" Then, you will give up this sad chase forever.
The game begins now. I've even included some photos to help you remember what you've already lost. You can keep them. Frame them, if you like.
Try not to cry.
– T.
Sanji stared at the photos and the note. His eyes twitched. A wave of dizzying rage, despair, and stubborn defiance washed over him. He crushed the note in his fist.
"You arrogant, smooth-talking, magic-using BASTARD!" he screamed across the water, though no one could hear him. "This isn't over! This is a bet I will NOT lose! I'll save them all! Just you wait!"
He then frantically flipped open his book, licked his pencil, and began writing a new, desperate recipe at the top of the page: "Ultimate Love-Rivalry Victory Soufflé (Guaranteed to Make Women See the Light)." His hands were still shaking.
The Going Merry sailed side by side with the Dune Serpent, the two ships having traveled together for weeks now. Luffy had decided early on that Takuya was "interesting," and Nami had argued—successfully—that there was safety in numbers. Sanji had no choice but to watch as the women he loved drifted further into Takuya's orbit, laughing at his dry humor, sitting close to him during meals, disappearing below deck for hours at a time.
The morning was calm. Nami stood at the helm of the Merry, checking the log pose. Robin sat on the railing, reading. Luffy dangled his legs off the figurehead. Zoro napped against the mast. Usopp was fiddling with some new invention, and Chopper was helping Sanji in the kitchen.
Takuya's crew was on their own ship nearby—Mira waving enthusiastically from the deck, Vivi beside her, both watching the horizon.
Then the sky darkened.
"What the—" Usopp looked up, his face going pale.
A massive shadow fell over both ships. Everyone looked up.
A ship was falling from the clouds. An old, battered galleon, its sails in tatters, its hull groaning as it plummeted. It crashed into the sea a hundred meters away, sending a wave that rocked both vessels.
"A ship!" Luffy shot to his feet, eyes gleaming. "It fell from the sky!"
Nami grabbed the mast to steady herself. "That's impossible. Ships don't just fall out of the sky."
Robin closed her book slowly, her expression unreadable. "And yet."
The Dune Serpent pulled closer. Takuya stood at the bow, his eyes fixed on the wreckage. "We should check it. Something that falls from the sky might leave clues."
"I'm going!" Luffy stretched his arms and launched himself toward the sinking ship before anyone could stop him.
Zoro sighed, stood up, and followed with a leap. Sanji kicked off the railing, joining them. Nami cursed under her breath and steered the Merry closer.
What they found on the wreck was strange. Old wood bleached white, a faded name on the stern: *Saint Briss*. Inside the captain's cabin, Luffy pulled out a battered logbook and a cracked compass that pointed straight up.
"This compass is broken," Usopp said.
"No," Robin said softly, taking the compass. She had crossed over from the Dune Serpent with Takuya, who now stood beside her. "It's pointing to something. Something above us."
She flipped through the logbook, her eyes moving quickly. "The Saint Briss left the Kingdom of Breeze in South Blue... two hundred and eight years ago. It was never seen again." She paused, holding up a faded map. "According to this, it was heading for a place called Skypiea. An island in the sky."
Silence fell over the group.
"An island... in the sky?" Nami's voice was flat with disbelief.
"The log pose," Robin continued, stepping back to the Merry's helm where the glass sphere sat. The needle was no longer pointing to the next island. It was quivering, then slowly tilted upward. "It's pointing up. The magnetic field of a Sky Island has captured it."
Takuya studied the map Robin held. "If there's a way up, this map might show it."
Sanji stood apart from the group, watching Takuya and Robin stand shoulder to shoulder over the old parchment. His jaw tightened. He reached into his jacket, fingers brushing the photos. *The next island*, he thought. *He said he'd send me a name on the next island.*
He forced himself to focus. "So what's the plan? Chase a fairy tale?"
"It's not a fairy tale," Robin said calmly. "There are records. Accounts. The question is how to get there."
The map showed a route upward—a massive current called the Knock Up Stream, marked with a red X somewhere near an island named Jaya.
"Jaya," Nami read aloud. "That's our next stop anyway. We can find out more there."
Luffy was already back on the Merry's figurehead, grinning. "Sky Island! Let's go!"
The crews returned to their ships. As the Going Merry and the Dune Serpent set course for Jaya, Sanji stood at the kitchen door, watching Takuya's ship pull ahead. He pulled out the photos again—Nami kissing Takuya, Robin kissing Takuya, Vivi kissing Takuya.
He slid them back into his jacket.
"Jaya," he muttered. "I'll find a way to break whatever hold he has. And when I do..."
He trailed off, flipping open his recipe book to the page he'd titled "Sky Island Special: Cloud-Sugar Meringue of Anti-Enchantment." His hand was steadier now.
The sea stretched ahead, and on the horizon, the jagged shape of Jaya began to take form.
