Razeal finally reappeared on top of the kingdom wall with Sofia beside him, both of them landing gently on the stone as though nothing extraordinary had happened. The sound of their feet touching the wall immediately drew everyone's attention. The three Lords, the Queen, Maria, and Nancy all turned toward them at once. Yet none of them spoke. They simply stood there, staring. The silence itself felt strange. It wasn't because they were calm. It was because their minds had completely stopped working. If someone had looked closely, they would have noticed the slightly widened eyes, the stiff shoulders, and the expressions that looked as though they had forgotten how to breathe for a moment.
