Marcus's grandfather passed away early, leaving behind notes that Parker Shaw discovered. The material contains portions of the notes, roughly recalling some fragmented records of the Loulanel Plan, not very coherent, and Biel Hall could only find this much.
Afterward, Parker Shaw began his investigation through these notes, gradually trying to uncover the truth of the Loulanel Plan.
