Gu Xi hadn't even finished grumbling in his heart when the sound of wings flapping came from the sky.
Gu Xi looked up and saw a large number of oddly-shaped stone gargoyles swooping down from the sky.
These stone gargoyles were also simplified versions.
When they spread their wings, they were only the size of an A4 paper, and the wings were thin enough to be used as kites.
Although their bodies were made of stone, they resembled skeletons more than monkeys.
The stone gargoyles had been reduced to the bare minimum; only the head was somewhat intact, the hands were nothing but claws, the legs were completely gone, leaving just a tail for the lower half.
However, when they flew, they didn't wobble at all, but instead, they would lock onto their target and dash directly at the enemy because they didn't have enough energy.
Gu Xi was their locked target.
