Soon, the dishes that Xu Xiangbei and the others ordered were brought up.
The soy milk was served in a bowl, fairly large, steaming with a sweet aroma. The meat bun exuded a scent of meat, each one the size of a child's fist, smooth and white on the surface, approximately eight in a basket.
Xu Xiangbei watched as Zhou Fuya brought them up, wanting to greet her, but before he could speak, she left to take orders for another table.
He glanced around the room; Zhou Fuya was essentially the only one taking and serving orders, back and forth, like a beautiful scene weaving through the store.
"Hey, doesn't this place have other waiters?" Xu Xiangbei asked curiously while sipping his soy milk.
"I've been here a few times, there are no other waiters, just her and her grandfather. Fuya's grandfather is inside cooking, so she has to take and serve orders herself—it's quite exhausting!"
