The Witch Association first initiated the once-every-century chief meeting, the "Witch Gathering," with ten out of the twelve chief "witches" sending their avatars to attend.
As the true President of the Witch Association was still in the midst of a long retreat, aiming to break through from the epic level to that of a saint, the meeting was chaired by the second-ranking in power, the Grand Mage Finn, as has been the case for the past century.
The agenda of the meeting was simple: to discuss how to respond to this sudden crisis from the divine spirits.
As the meeting's host, Finn was the first to put forward his ideas. He called for all the magical towers to unite their high-end power, with everyone gathering at the Witch City to collectively defend against the divine.
This way, even if other territories were lost, the most important Witch City could likely still be preserved.
As expected, this proposal did not receive any approval from the other chiefs.
