The demons both relaxed, but the giant dragon was the only one tangled up in confusion.
Valentina tilted her head in bewilderment, blinking incessantly in doubt.
"Huh? How could this happen..."
Outside the door, the only magical fluctuation belonged to Bishop Evelyn. Valentina almost sniffed all the air out of the mansion but couldn't detect anyone else's scent beyond the door.
Could it really be just one person out there?
But this isn't right!
Could I be mistaken?
"This is really strange, it's impossible... There's clearly a dangerous aura outside the door!"
With a signal from Flora, Valentina scratched her head and walked to the door.
After opening the door to let Evelyn in, Miss Hungry Dragon slammed the door shut and pressed Evelyn against it.
Stop!
"Hmm... huh?" Evelyn furrowed her brow, trying to raise a hand to push Valentina away, but controlled herself as it reached halfway.
Sniff sniff.
