The next morning arrived with cool winds drifting across Star Harbor.
The sky was still covered with soft gray clouds. The sunlight struggled to pass through them, giving the city a calm atmosphere.
Miles' car slowly came to a stop outside Mars Residencies.
The engine became silent.
Miles and Chloe stepped out together.
For a few seconds, neither of them moved.
Both simply looked at each other, smiling.
Chloe gently folded her hands behind her back.

"You should rest today."
