"U-… undress? Why?" Kaguya panicked.
"Realization. Shichen is indeed a carnivorous male," Yuzuru commented calmly.
Unlike Kaguya, Yuzuru didn't react much. As she spoke, the belts and restraint suit that only covered her vital areas began to glow, then vanished.
In front of Shichen, moon-bright skin appeared, almost competing with the moonlight itself.
"Yuzuru, you…?!" Kaguya stared at her wide-eyed, totally stunned.
She actually undressed just like that.
"Question. Kaguya, what are you still doing? Are you scared?" Yuzuru asked quietly.
"I…"
"Mocking. As expected, Kaguya only talks big but doesn't dare act. Were you just saying things? Do you actually not want to live together with Yuzuru?" Yuzuru pressed.
"Of course not!" Kaguya shot back immediately.
"Question. Then what are you hesitating for?"
"B-but…"
Kaguya couldn't help glancing at Shichen, who was openly staring at Yuzuru, and muttered, "What he said might not even be true. Maybe he just wants to satisfy his own lewd desires."
"No problem. Shichen is a male; it's perfectly normal for him to have lewd thoughts about us," Yuzuru replied, unconcerned. "That just proves we're very attractive."
"When you put it like that…"
"Please. Kaguya, trust Shichen. Trust that he can let us stay together," Yuzuru said, looking at her seriously.
"Yuzuru… Fine, I get it…"
The two of them held each other's gaze; then Kaguya made up her mind. She took a deep breath, looked at Shichen with a face full of embarrassment, and stammered, "I-I'll trust you then! You're not allowed to trick us!"
With that, she pressed her lips together, finally shut her eyes, and her restraint suit began to glow.
A moment later, she was just like Yuzuru—bare as the moon itself. Unlike Yuzuru, though, she wasn't nearly as bold, one arm covering her chest, the other hanging stiffly at her side.
Shichen looked at the nearly identical girls in front of him and felt his blood surge.
He suddenly had a craving for pudding—the kind with whipped cream and strawberries on top. Four of them.
Just imagining it made him want to eat. Seeing it for real was even worse.
"S-stop staring at us and do something already! We're completely at your mercy right now," Kaguya snapped shyly.
"Don't rush. You can't rush this kind of thing," Shichen soothed, turning his gaze to Yuzuru.
Yuzuru shot him a smug little smile.
She'd been provoking Kaguya on purpose; otherwise, who knows how long Kaguya would've hesitated.
What a good sister.
"So what exactly are you going to do?" Kaguya demanded again.
"I need some prep work. Let's get in the bath first," Shichen said, and began taking off his own clothes.
"W-wait—what are you doing?" Kaguya yelped, turning away in embarrassment.
"Taking a bath. Don't I have to undress?"
"Not so suddenly…"
"This just makes things fair, doesn't it?" he countered.
"How is that fair?! Clearly we're the ones getting the short end of the stick!" Kaguya muttered, sneaking a quick peek at him and pouting.
One glance and she couldn't look away. It was her first time seeing that, but somehow it really drew her eyes. She wanted to keep looking, yet was too embarrassed to.
This guy… his body was actually pretty nice.
"Unexpected. Shichen actually has abs," Yuzuru said openly, staring at him. After all, she'd already let him see her; fair was fair.
As she spoke, she reached out and touched his abs.
"Why are you just touching him like that?" Kaguya yelped.
"Curious. Kaguya, don't you want to touch them?" Yuzuru tilted her head.
"I… d-don't!" Kaguya met Shichen's eyes and lied through her teeth.
"Heh…" Shichen chuckled and brushed Yuzuru's hand away.
"Is it that surprising I have abs?"
"Explanation. You look pretty slim in clothes," Yuzuru replied.
"It's called 'skinny with clothes, built without'… All right, let's soak for a bit first."
Shichen stepped into the pool, Yuzuru followed, leaning against his left side so their shoulders touched.
Kaguya watched them, hesitated, then blushing, slowly waded in too. Bit by bit she lowered herself until the water covered her, then eased over to his right side, edging closer until she was pressed against him.
"Spill it already, what are you planning?"
"Relax. I need to get ready," Shichen said, giving her thigh under the water a light pat.
"You…!" Kaguya almost jumped straight up out of the water.
"Question. Kaguya, are you… mm~ what's wrong?" Yuzuru's voice wobbled partway through.
"N-nothing…" Kaguya didn't want Yuzuru to notice, so she denied it flatly.
Which also meant she didn't notice that something was off with Yuzuru.
That suited Shichen just fine; easier to misbehave. In the end, he had one hand on each side, feeling both girls' heartbeats.
Both were pounding, fast and hard, even through the water.
After a while, Shichen's eyes turned crimson and his fangs slid out, wicked and sharp.
He'd long since learned to control himself, but not taking any advantage here would be criminal.
"Shichen, what's with your eyes?" Kaguya noticed and stared in shock.
"I'm ready. Which of you wants to go first?" he asked.
"You really were preparing… I'll go first!"
"Then…"
Shichen let go of Yuzuru's chest, pulled Kaguya into his lap.
"Shichen…"
"Let me take a little blood."
He lowered his head to her neck, and his fangs sank in.
"Mm~" Kaguya let out a small cry of pain, clinging to him and squeezing her eyes shut.
She could clearly feel it—Shichen was really drinking her blood, slowly drawing it out of her veins.
In her ears was the sound of him swallowing.
But soon, she realized it felt like blood was coming back—and it didn't seem like hers.
She didn't have time to dwell on it. Her whole body felt strange, a heat rising from inside, making her want to do something.
At that point, Shichen pulled away from her neck, lips smeared with red.
"Shichen…" Kaguya's eyes were hazy. She leaned in, wrapped her arms around his neck, pressed herself against his chest, and kissed him.
Shichen wrapped an arm around her waist in return and kissed her back.
Very quickly, the two got completely lost in it, forgetting Yuzuru on the side. Yuzuru, though, just quietly watched them, eyes full of curiosity.
She'd never expected Kaguya to be that forward—and with Shichen taking advantage of the moment to let his hands wander, Kaguya wasn't even reacting.
What was going on?
After a long while, Kaguya finally couldn't breathe and broke away from him.
Shichen lifted her and set her down to lean against the edge, then turned to Yuzuru. "Curious? You're about to find out."
"Curious. Come on," Yuzuru said, calmly climbing into his lap and tilting her neck toward him.
Shichen didn't hold back; he lowered his head, fangs lightly piercing her skin, and her blood welled out.
The twins' blood tasted exactly the same—sweet and addictive—but even with both combined, no new familiar awakened in him.
Looks like he needed pure spirit blood for that.
In this world, aside from Tohka, there was only one target left.
Still, this wasn't the time to worry about that.
Once he'd had a taste, he began feeding Yuzuru his own blood.
As long as he turned them into his familiars, their instincts would no longer force them to fight, and they wouldn't need to merge into a single being.

As Shichen's blood flowed into her, Yuzuru finally understood why Kaguya had gotten so forward. The same fever was rising in her body, urging her to act.
So when Shichen pulled back from her neck, she immediately wrapped her arms around him and kissed him.
The taste of blood—hers, his, and Kaguya's—mingled between them.
It was a very happy kiss.
Unlike Kaguya, Yuzuru didn't let go even when she was out of breath. She would just pull back for a moment, then kiss him again.
She could already feel it—her instincts were quiet. She no longer needed to struggle with Kaguya for the right to be the "true" self.
That was thanks to Shichen.
He really had done what he promised.
Which meant from now on, she belonged to him.
Giving herself to him… felt completely right.
