Ruhi was still processing what's going on? Then hitesh getup from his seat and lean close to shikha aka ruhi.he place his back of hand on ruhi's forehead.then start to speak "thank godess!your fever has gone down.i was so worried about you when you suddenly left that party."
After hearing hitesh word ruhi realised that she was 1 month prior to that night when shikha know about hitesh's dirty secret. So today was the day when hitesh was going to left shikha alone in hospital.so that he can go out and party with his friend and had s*x with some girls.

After receiving that call hitesh still didn't hurryup.instead he took his time then he came for shikha.but unaware of all this shikha believe that hitesh was the one who took her to hospital.as for hitesh he didn't deny that.
After processing all this ruhi want to kick hitesh between his legs and let him suffer in pain.but she know now is not the right time.if she follow real shikha's path then hitesh will surely capture her .do all sort of things with her.
And in the end he will murder her as he did to real shikha.so at this moment ruhi's priority was get safely away from hitesh,had a powerful backer,much more powerful then hitesh.last but not the least let hitesh pay the price for all his wrong doing.
Ruhi was still lost in her thought.suddenly hitesh grab her hand and pour all her love onto her.as he lean towards her ,she unconsciously back down.but hitesh didn't seem to care.he pull ruhi forward and said softly into her ear" what happened babe!why did you back down.is something matter.if yes,then you can freely talk to meabout that and i'll make sure you don't have to face them again."
Maybe real shikha was unaware of hitesh true nature but ruhi was a hardcore novel reader.so she knew what kind of man hitesh was! Ruhi take a deep breath then she get into her character.
She gentely hold hitesh's hand and in a low but sweet voice she say"I'm fine baby!maybe it's an aftereffect of fever.you don't have to worry."after hearing ruhi's word hitesh became normal once again.he smile and kiss on ruhi's forehead.
Infront of his ruhi was smiling but back of her mind She become nauseous.hitesh was such a Hippocratic man.he change his color so fast.at that time hitesh recieve a call.it was from that bar girl where hitesh was with till now.
Hitesh received that call.his face expression change instantly.he can't hide his lu*tful nature even if he want to be.so after he received that call he turn to ruhi ,now shikha and (we will calling her shikha from now on,) told her that he had an emergency at his work so he had to leave her alone.
Shikha's eye full with tear but she still told him that work is more important then anything else.so after he say bye to shikha hitesh left.as hitesh cross shikha's ward shikha expression change .she curse him and wipe her tear.
Shikha didn't know that someone was watching her whole act and was surprised as well as laughing.that men is noneother then vikarm.he was laughing like a complete carzy person.
That at one point his assistant sanjay thought that vikarm has losse some screw of his.in his whole working life he never see vikarm laugh so hard that his eyes was full of tears.
After quit some time ,vikram wipes his tears of happiness and went to shikha's ward.on the other hand after cursing hitesh shikha felt relieve.as she was about to lay down someone open her ward room door.
Shikha was so angry she just kickout an annoying person and now here came another one.as shikha was about to shout at that person a deep and cold voice send a chill down to her spine."so you still have so much energy?" That person said.
Shikha turn her head in that direction where that voice came.her eyes froze as she saw that person. A tall,handsome man with a suit on his body,walking toward shikha. His manner his voice even his eyes everything was so perfect that even if you was to find some fault in it you can't find one.
As if god made that persone with such perfection.his sharp jawline ,his straight yet perfect nose,eye like an deep ocean ,his body is fully fit.as shikha was thinking about all this back of her mind she thought that why was this men's discription match with that person who save shikha in novel.
Yet shikha's eyes still staring at that men's body.shikha was so lost in her own world that she didn't hear that someone calling her.a sudden cough sound pull shikha back to reality.
Then that men again said to her"so i assume that you are perfectly fine now."when shikha her that line she rememberd that in novel after shikha lost consciousness vikram was the one who save her and now if the men infront of her says something like this that means"vikram!!"
Shikha subconsciously said that out loud.when shikha says his name vikram trun toward her in shock because he never tell his name to shikha.so how does she know his name????
