"No, no way! How could Ajak be dead? This can't be true!"
Cersei cried out in disbelief.
Ajak was the most senior warrior in their Eternals, not only their leader but also their elder sister.
Emotionally, Cersei truly couldn't accept this.
"The Eternals' leader has been killed. Something extraordinary must have happened in the future," Peter Parker said, his expression equally grave.
"Could it be the Mutants?" Loki glanced at the options on the screen and couldn't help but speculate.
Based on the information he'd received from Cersei, the Eternals and Mutants were sworn enemies, so Loki's speculation was understandable.
"If you ask me, it's very possible!" Thor nodded in agreement.
"Let's look at the options in the question!"
Captain America suggested. "Option A is the mutant, the same mutant that attacked Sersi in London. We all saw its strength; it was incredibly powerful. Even Icarus, the strongest warrior of the Eternals, couldn't kill it. Sersi, how strong is your leader, Ajak?"
Captain America then looked at Sersi and asked.
"Ajak is naturally very strong. Although not as strong as Icarus, and although her ability isn't combat skills, her strength is still among the top in our group," Sersi answered without hesitation.
"But, not as strong as Icarus, right?" Tony Stark asked again, more cautiously.
"That's right, even Ajak's combat power is not as good as Icarus's," Sersi nodded.
"In other words, that mutant was a great threat even to Ajak; it was Ajak's nemesis… So, Mr. Loki is right; the culprit is very likely that mutant, right?" Peter Parker said enthusiastically.
This was a point that the other respondents generally agreed with.
"Wait a minute!"
Suddenly, Cersei's expression changed; she remembered something. "Ajak's ability is healing!"
Healing!
Hearing this, the others present also sensed something was amiss.
Everyone suddenly remembered that the mutant who attacked Cersei also possessed healing abilities.
Moreover, according to Cersei, mutants didn't previously have healing abilities at all!
Ajak's death, coupled with that mutant suddenly acquiring Ajak's abilities, made things seem quite obvious.
Even the slow-witted Thor realized something.
"That mutant killed Ajak and stole his abilities!" Thor said, his eyes shining, like a detective solving a difficult case.
"Ajak's death and that mutant's transformation are too coincidental, so coincidental that it's hard to believe it's just a simple coincidence!" Tony Stark said with absolute certainty.
The people present discussed among themselves and generally agreed that the answer was most likely A.
"While option A is highly probable, it's still just speculation. Let's look at the other options first,"
Captain America's voice rang out, his usual cautious demeanor maintained as he spoke to everyone.
This suggestion was perfectly reasonable, and everyone's attention immediately turned to the second option on the screen.
"The Celestials? Wow, although I don't know what race they are, they seem incredibly powerful!" Peter Parker exclaimed immediately.
The Celestials seemed far more prestigious than the Eternals.
"The Celestials?" Loki pondered slightly. "Thor, do you remember Father mentioning this race to us?"
Thor nodded, saying, "According to Father, the Celestials are the true gods, the supreme race in the universe. They created life, created everything, and even the universe itself."
These words immediately caused everyone to gasp in astonishment.
If Thor's words were true, then wouldn't the Celestials be like gods?
"Cersei, are the Celestials really such terrifying beings?" Captain America immediately turned to Sersi and asked.
"I don't know if the Celestials created the universe, but they are indeed a supreme race above all life. Their bodies are the size of a planet,"
Sersi said after a moment's thought.
Sersi didn't yet understand the true identity of the Eternals, nor their true mission.
Her understanding of the Celestials wasn't comprehensive.
Only their leader, Ajak, truly knew everything, but in the story, Ajak was dead.
"One person the size of a planet? Hiss!"
Peter Parker gasped, and the others were also stunned, speechless.
The Celestials were simply too powerful!
"Aristem of the Celestials is the leader of all the Eternals! Not just the Eternals who came to Earth, but also those in other star systems—he leads them all!"
"However, Aristem generally doesn't interfere in the affairs of the Eternals. He only contacts Ajak when there are missions assigned or other important matters."
"Other than that, Aristem won't interfere in anything concerning the Eternals."
Cersei then briefly introduced Aristem to everyone.
In short, he can be summarized in a few words: a complete hands-off manager.
"If that's the case, then Aristem is less likely," Loki immediately judged.
The others agreed with Loki's assessment, after all, Ajak was Aristem's subordinate!
A subordinate unlikely to have any conflicts with him.
"OK, option B is also unlikely, but we'll still leave it as pending. Let's compare them after analyzing all the options,"
Captain America said.
However, everyone understood that after comparison, Aristem would undoubtedly be eliminated.
"Then what about Icarus? His chances are slim too, aren't they?" Thor then looked at everyone and said.
"Of course it couldn't be Icarus! He's been fighting alongside us for thousands of years! How could he possibly kill Ajax!" Cersei said with equal certainty.
Not only Cersei, but everyone else's first reaction was also disbelief.
"Cersei, besides the fact that he's fought alongside you for thousands of years, do you have any other stronger evidence?" Captain America asked.
"Isn't that enough?" Cersei asked matter-of-factly.
"Logically speaking, it's merely a subjective statement, not sufficient," Tony Stark added, "but considering the question, we don't have any other more convincing clues."
Option C is also pending.
However, both Icarus and Aristham are pending, and their treatment is essentially the same.
Once compared with other options, it would likely be eliminated immediately.
In the blink of an eye, the first three options were analyzed, leaving only the last one.
This last option immediately caught everyone's attention.
"Wenwu? Who's that? He sounds like an Easterner. Does anyone know him?" Tony Stark asked, glancing at everyone.
Everyone shook their heads, looking completely bewildered.
No one recognized this guy named "Wenwu."
"Nobody knows him? Okay, how do we analyze this option?" Peter Parker shrugged, a slight headache on his shoulders.
There was no way to start with someone no one knew.
"Then what about the ten rings? What are those?" Peter Parker then changed his approach, staring at everyone and asking.
Everyone was still completely confused, no one knowing what these ten rings were.
"Ten rings? Ten rings? It can't be that simple, right?" Thor scratched his head, guessing with certainty.
"Regardless of what this 'ten rings' actually is, and regardless of who Wenwu is, I don't think this option is very likely," Cersei said after some thought.
"Why, Miss Cersei? Why are you so sure?" Peter Parker couldn't help but ask.
"Because this person isn't an Eternal, and obviously, he's not a Mutant either. We Eternals don't interact much with ordinary people except when it comes to Mutants, and we certainly don't easily get involved in any grudges or entanglements with them," Cersei explained seriously.
This reasoning didn't seem wrong, especially since everyone knew nothing about option D and had no way to analyze it.
Of course, option D remained undecided. After their initial analysis, no option could be definitively ruled out or confirmed.
So, all four were undecided.
Next, everyone had to compare these four undecided options and make a choice.
Undoubtedly, after comparison, option A, Mutants, stood out with an undisputed advantage and was unanimously considered the correct answer.
After all, this was the only option supported by the clue that "Mutants obtained Ajak's abilities."
Although this clue wasn't particularly strong.
The next question, naturally, was who would answer it, and that was a given: Tony Stark was the only one left who hadn't answered.
Whether he liked the "Borrowing the Power of Heaven and Earth" reward or not, he had no choice.
"Borrowing the Power of Heaven and Earth? Quite the boast,"
Tony Stark remarked, then gave his answer to the screen, "I choose A, attack Sersi's mutants!"
Tony Stark's tone was quite confident; in his view, the answer was rather obvious.
However…
[Incorrect Answer!]
The answering system announced.
"Wrong answer?"
Tony Stark was utterly surprised.
The others present were equally caught off guard.
[The respondent, Tony Stark, will have his knowledge and experience related to polymer materials erased. Execute immediately!]
Tony Stark immediately wore a pained expression; this punishment was painfully painful for him.
Although he could relearn this knowledge, even a genius like him would need considerable time.
"I can't believe the answer isn't a mutant!"
Peter Parker exclaimed in surprise, then made a logical guess, "If it's not a mutant, then it must be Wenwu, right?"
"Honestly, we can only guess for the remaining three options," Captain America shrugged. "And if I had to guess, I'd also guess Wenwu."
Aristom was Ajax's superior, and Icarus was Ajax's subordinate—both were close associates; only Wenwu was an outsider.
In this situation, guessing wasn't too difficult.
No one else raised any objections.
"Then let me answer next!"
A new round of questions began. After some discussion, Captain America took on the question.
"I choose D, Wenwu!"
Having made his decision, Captain America immediately began answering.
[Wrong Answer!]
But who would have thought he'd answer wrong again?
[The respondent, Steve Rogers, will have his combat coordination skill removed. Execute immediately!] Now
it was Captain America's turn to be a little annoyed.
Strategic command was still a crucial skill for him; generally, he was always in command during missions,
rarely fighting alone.
Now, even if he were given a squad, he wouldn't know how to lead it. Fortunately,
the skills deducted by the system weren't permanent and could be learned back, which was some consolation.
After a brief moment of annoyance, Captain America didn't dwell on it. He was more concerned about something else.
The answer was either Aristom or Icarus!
"No way, the answer isn't either Wenwu?" Thor scratched his head, quite surprised.
"Does this mean Aristom or Icarus killed Ajax?" Peter Parker exclaimed in equal surprise.
"How could this be? No, it can't be like that!" Cersei shook her head in disbelief.
"I can hardly believe it myself, but in any case, the answer can only be one of the two. If I had to choose between them, I'd lean towards Icarus,"
Tony Stark calmly made his judgment.
