The candy prince part 8 final chapter 95
"So what happens now the entire showing just faded to black?"Said shinya as he looked at the tape observing it closer as he replayed the final image in his head.
"Well now we go to a different perspective." Said Lula sounding quite dissapointyed about having to do that.
"A different perspective what does that mean?"Said shinya as he watched as the tape once again was played this time she was right it was in the perspective of researchers.
"So i heard the candy kingdom had been overthrown by the shadows and had loss its credibility"Said one of the workers in a nonchalant attitude as he bit on an apple.
He was in an all white room with several other researchers around him with lab coats on and several other experiements on going on in the background.
Looking aroound more as the researcher was eating an apple you could see several experiments of creatures in the background.
As the researcher was talking to another researcher they began to walk through the lab going through different doors till they eventually reached a final area.
Going througgh what seemed to be like an area of humans fighting mechs or humans fighting other species of people.
It was an insane sight to see for someone like shinya just watching the tape he didnt know what to think of it he was seeing another side of the world he had never seen before.
The researchers kept walking foward till they eventually reached what seemed to be the main room as you needed vault acces to get inside of it.
Inside of the vault there ws nothing but a bunch of researchers all around the same thing seeing it in a massive test tube then them all watching behind a glass wall as the test tube filled with something some creature of some sorts was entered into a different test tube but this time it seemed to be a crystal like water substance.
As someone with a hazmat suit and a Headset looking thing walked into the water.
You could see as the person in the hazmat suit his skin begin to melt and his felsh begin to peel off as tyou could watch him struggle to put the headset onto the creature.
Eventually they got it on the creature as the creature could do nothing in its gigantic slumber but now it started to move.
This was its chance at life again it had seemed.
Shinya still confused as to what was going on was once again taken back.
As all the researchers behind the glass started clapping and the man in the hazmat suit was taken away on stretcher near death experince as the test tube was closed back up.
Suddenly the environment was changed once again back to what looked like the candy kingdom.
"Hey so uh boss what are we looking for here again anyway?"Said a soldier in a hazmat suit as he looked back at his boss as they were now in the ruins of what was once the castle.
"We are here for the survivor. Find him immediately as fast as you can we need him to come back with us."Said the boss he seemed like a tall dark menacing man with a wretched looking face and no smile anywhere in sight around him.
Looking foward once again the soldier marched on till he eventually reached somehting.
He reached a gigantic looking human gnawing on the dead corpse of the people around him.
With the blood soaked ground.
It looked like something straight out of a horror movie.
The completely overweight survivor culd barely even move at this point and you could tell there was several things wrong with him physically anbd mentally.
It was clear he had not been taking care of himself properly as he had shown no signs of self interest just gnawing away at the flesh of the leg of some woman or man.
This was just straight cannibalism and agony the worst part is the man didnt even look like a man he looked like a child he only looked about 14.
Completely startling and freaking the soldier the fuck out he immediately called for back up after realizing jsut what he was staring at.
"Hey guys i need back up like immediately i need your help to know whats going on theres someone no theres something eating another human being i repeat there is cannibalism."Said the soldier in a rage of disbelief. As he slowly walked back as the child turned his fat body towards him looking like he was ready to pounce on him for his bodily meat.
It was at that moment that shinya realized it but he did not say anything at all yet he knew it wasnt time afterall the tape wasnt completely over yet.
Suddenly it jumped back to the researchers as they gathered around the room they were in a different room what looked like an auditorium like somebody should be up their speaking to them directly.
When suddenly someone did come out.
"It was the human governor.He was here but why? Suddenly a million questions raced through his mind but he decided to ignore them for now knowing he would get the awnsers later or someday for a fact.
"Hello! Hello researchers it appears this mic is working now? Ah yes well it seems the tyest was a success the candy prince will be able to join the games via a digital version albeit so that racks us up to about ten continents ready for the tournament. Now now i know how you alla re feeling about doiung something like this to a fourteen year od but let me remind you as the eprson speaking on the behalf of the agencys science department replacement for their leader."
"If any of you jsut so happen to dare think about telling outsiders just what happened here your head will be on a shivel do i make myself clear."Said the mayor
Suddnely the room fell deathly quiet and nobody said a word or even made a sound they all knew now was not the time to do so.
So with the mayors words taken into consideration they knew it was time for the end of this.
They launched it up and connected the candy prince to tnhe simualtion
"Wait so your telling me the person we were trying to kill was jsut a obese child literally crippled by ptsd and trauma? That they never deserved to die? That this was just an unfortnutate thing that happened to them? This was the representative somebody that wuldnt even qualify for a normal tournament cause he was the only one left alive?"All these questions shinya said outloud waitiung for an awnser but he got none.
This was the truth of the whole situation.
The agencies science department was using this child to get the tournamnet to start probably knowing full well that he couldmnt do anything about it and no one would care about the child.
These thoughts made shinya feel despicable and like he wasnt worth living just how is something so fucked up liek this even allowed? Is everyones backstory have to be sad like this?
Lula the great could only lean into shinya as she whispered just a couple words into his ear."This is what the game is like and you just have ot understand shinya.
Shinya could only be left there in the cold dark room alone with his thoughts though not before it could go on any longer as the announcment had been played in his head once again.
"WE ARE COMMENCING THE SECOND ROUND OF THE TOURNAMENT EVERYONE" Said the announcement ringing in his ears.
Before shinya could do anything he was once again teleported falling from the sky though this time he didnt react or scream he only started to look around.
