Chapter 9: The Honored Dad & The Force of Iron

Year 753 (DB Calendar) — Four Years After the Dragon Ball Hunt

At sixteen years old, Tony Brief was already a legendary teenage prodigy. But sitting on the lawn at Capsule Corp, sweating through his shirt after a brutal morning sparring session with his dad, he realized he still had a long way to go.

Ron stood in front of him in a simple black shirt and sweatpants, tossing an apple in the air with one hand.

Without using a single weapon, dark spell, or high-tech weapon, Ron's base physical power was terrifying. Thanks to years of refining Pluton's gravitational density through Kayden's Force Control, Ron's raw physical Battle Power sat effortlessly over 60,000,000—more than enough to go toe-to-toe with Frieza's final form on pure muscle and Ki alone.

And that was before factoring in his templates.

As the Six Eyes initialized, Ron's vision shifted. The world exploded into hyper-detailed streams of atomic structure, Ki circulation, and gravitational vectors. A blindfold materialized around his forehead to filter out the overwhelming flood of sensory data, but even behind the cloth, Ron's grin was broader than ever.

"Dad?" Tony panted, wiping sweat from his forehead. "Why are you wearing a blindfold? And why do you look like you just pulled the ultimate prank?"

"Because, my boy," Ron chuckled, casually resting his hands in his pockets, "your old man just became The Honored One. Now, stop slacking! Suit power is cool, but relying 100% on armor makes you fragile when the battery dies."

Teaching Tony: The Force Control Method

Ron walked over and placed a hand on Tony's shoulder. Using his newly awakened Six Eyes, Ron could see every single muscle fiber and Ki pathway in Tony's body down to the subatomic level.

"Your Mark armor is brilliant, Tony," Ron said softly, his voice shifting from playful dad to serious master. "But armor is just an amplifier. If your core body and internal energy are weak, a strong enough kinetic shockwave will still turn your organs to jelly inside the cockpit."

Ron channeled a gentle pulse of golden electricity into Tony's chest, guiding his internal life force.

"This is Force Control—the exact breathing technique I adapted from an old martial arts discipline," Ron explained. "Instead of just blasting Ki outward like a hammer, you circulate it through your pressure points like a closed circuit. It reinforces your bones, sharpens your reflexes, and lets you manipulate energy at the molecular level."

Tony closed his eyes, following his father's guided energy flow. Sparks of pale blue and golden electricity began to crackle around Tony's skin, raising his base physical aura significantly.

"Whoa..." Tony gasped, looking at his glowing hands. "I feel... light. And fast."

"Good," Ron smiled, tapping Tony's chest arc-reactor. "Now, when you combine this Force Control with your Mark VI Armor, your suit won't just be metal—it'll be a physical extension of your own Ki. When the real monsters show up, you'll be ready."

The Shadow of King Piccolo

A few weeks later, the peaceful atmosphere of West City was shattered by grim news.

Master Roshi sent an urgent transmission to Capsule Corp. Legendary martial artists across the globe were being assassinated one by one by strange, demon-like creatures. The infamous Demon King Piccolo—an ancient evil sealed away centuries ago—had been freed by Emperor Pilaf.

Inside the living room at Capsule Corp, Tony was strapping on his upgraded Mark VII Nanotech suit, his eyes burning with determination.

"Dad, King Piccolo's gargoyles are hunting down every fighter from the World Martial Arts Tournament," Tony said, adjusting his gauntlets as gold-and-silver nanotech flowed over his shoulders. "Goku is out there fighting them, but he's taken heavy damage. I'm heading out to back him up."

Hazel looked worriedly at her son, but Ron placed a reassuring hand on her shoulder, giving her a soft, confident smile.

"Let him go, honey," Ron said warmly. He turned to Tony, leaning against the doorway with his hands in his pockets. "Remember your Force Control, Tony. Don't fight him like a brute; fight him like a genius."

"Got it, Dad," Tony smirked, lowering his armor's faceplate.

BOOM!

The Mark VII ignited its anti-gravity thrusters, blasting off into the sky at hypersonic speed toward the battlefield.

The Honored Watcher

Ron walked out onto the balcony, lowering his blindfold just enough to reveal one glowing, electric-blue eye.

With his Six Eyes and maxed-out Spatial Traversal, Ron could monitor the entire planet's energy output simultaneously. He watched as Tony's flight path intersected with King Piccolo's demon generals, his son's newly learned Force Control blending seamlessly with repulsor weaponry.

"Not bad, kiddo," Ron chuckled softly, pulling his blindfold back down and transforming into his trusty fat orange cat form.

He curled up on his patio chair, purring gently in the warm sun.

"If Piccolo tries anything too crazy... I'll just teach him what happens when you mess with a retired dad."
