At 11:10 AM in the morning, a black sedan slowly came to a stop outside a cozy restaurant situated just a short walk from Diamond Avenue.
In the car, a man could be seen walking out first, followed by a woman. It was Gray and Mara. The two were dressed nicely as they looked around.
The restaurant that they were in wasn't luxurious, but it was also not overly casual. It was just the right mix for a nice lunch. They quickly went inside and were seated immediately since there were only a few people around.
Gray sat by the window with Mara on his side. From where they were seated, the commercial property they wanted was clearly visible through the window. Its wide frontage, spacious parking area, and strategic location made it difficult to ignore even from a distance.
"It still looks even bigger from here." Mara rested her chin on one hand as she looked outside. For her, this location was really the one.
