After Ellis left, he saw Elliott leaning against the railing while smoking away. He stopped in his tracks and put on the biggest beam on his face before walking up to him.
"Elliott," he called out to him while patting him on his back.
With a cheeky grin, Ellis continued, "Guess what, I've convinced Zoey to forgive me once again. However, that Leo is still as annoying as ever, and he is still refusing to let me get any closer to Zoey."
He frowned as he spoke.
Elliott did not speak and merely lit up a cigarette that he held in between his fingers. He then took a puff before blowing out billowy smoke which shrouded his expression.
"Why are you smoking? You never used to smoke in front of others," Ellis asked him suspiciously before continuing, "Are you in any trouble? Let me know and I'll see how I can help you."
Elliott did not reply and continued smoking.
