Due to an groundbreaking invention, four exceptionally but socially hopeless individuals from earth are given a break from their messed up lives when they received an anonymous invitation to be beta testers for a brand new VR game which promises a 100% realism. Unknown to them, this so called game is really a ploy from a powerful interstellar empire which aims to conquer earth and they are only tools that will be discarded once that aim is done.
Eventually, they find themselves dragged into an unending war and complex intergalactic politics while being trapped in a world where trust is a death sentence and decency and morality is nothing more than a polite suggestion. Their only way out is to gamble with the lives of everyone in earth, in a game that keeps playing them even more than they play it. 

"Are you sure we are still in control here?"
You cried in frustration 
"Because every time I log in to this damned game, I am begening to get the impression that we are nothing more than pawns in the hands of... whoever is controlling this shit behind the scenes."

"That is rather the point isn't it?"
He replied coldly as he rose to his full height 
"They think they have us connered but they forget that even a connered rat can bite the cat. The universe is not a place for weakling initiate so if you are not strong enough to survive, then please DIE and get out of the way of those who are."
