The servants, seeing the three come downstairs, hurriedly set the warmed breakfast on the table.
An Ran and Mu Xingfeng greeted their grandparents by the sofa. Upon hearing the commotion, Grandma Mu turned off the TV. Seeing the young people, her eyes smiled with glee, "Hurry and eat, I asked the servants to keep everything warm for you. Ran, see if you like what's on the table. If not, let Chen prepare something else for you."
An Ran glanced at the table, which had both Chinese and Western dishes, likely considering she's from the south and might not be used to plain porridge. There was also a bowl of lean meat salty porridge.
"Grandma, no need to go to any trouble. I have similar tastes to Xingfeng's," An Ran said with a smile. She and Mu Xingfeng had been together for so long, their tastes indeed weren't much different; breakfast with millet porridge and buns was just fine.
