Chapter 80 - 80. The Story of a Lifetime

"Oh yes, right there. Hit that fucking spot, young'un."

Moans and demands echoed throughout the hotel suite as two partners went at it on the bed. The middle-aged woman demanded more from the young man as he took her from behind.

He gripped her hips firmly and pounded into her, thrusting harder and deeper in an effort to give her the bliss she desperately sought.

The headboard rattled softly against the wall while the sheets beneath them became a tangled mess from their movements.

"Come on, boy. Lay down. Momma's gonna ride that thick black meaty shaft like it's her last meal!" the woman cried out.

How did I get into this madness? said Shan Wolf.

The person riding him like a sex-crazed maniac was none other than Kan Jin Young.

Only a few hours earlier, before Eva Kim had devised her plan, Shan Wolf had been waiting in that very hotel. His task was simple enough.

He was there to meet someone known only as "the Gossiper" and receive a file intended for Rachel So Mi's sunbae, Kan Jin Young.

"What am I even doing?" Shan Wolf muttered to himself as he took a sip from a glass of cold water.

He leaned back into his seat and glanced around the quiet lounge area. The air-conditioning hummed softly overhead while the clock on the wall seemed to tick slower with every passing minute.

"Though, why did those two follow me if they're just going to drink?" he added with a faint sigh.

Just a few meters away, Eva Kim and Rachel So Mi were hiding in disguise while waiting for the mysterious Gossiper to appear.

Both women crouched behind a decorative partition near the corner of the room. Eva carefully peeked over the edge before quickly lowering her head again. Rachel sat beside her with a bottle in hand, trying her best to remain patient despite the long wait.

"What? Aren't they coming?" Eva whispered, glancing toward Rachel.

"That's what I was going to say," Rachel So Mi whispered back. She looked down at the bottle in her hand and frowned. "At this rate, the bottle's going to be finished before they even show up."

Eva clicked her tongue in frustration and shifted slightly in her hiding spot. The excitement she had felt earlier was slowly turning into impatience.

Meanwhile, Shan Wolf remained completely unaware that the two women were secretly watching from nearby.

He simply sat there, staring at his glass of water and wondering how a straightforward errand had somehow become far more complicated than it needed to be.

As Shan Wolf began to think that Eva's carefully devised plan was a complete flop, the door to the lounge finally opened.

A woman's voice rang out the moment she stepped inside.

"Sorry I'm late. Did I keep you waiting?"

Shan Wolf turned toward the entrance, only for his eyes to widen in disbelief.

"Wait... Director? You're the Gossiper?" he asked.

Standing before him was none other than Moo Jin Soo, one of the directors and major shareholders of Won Group.

Moo Jin Soo smiled calmly as she approached the table and took a seat across from him. Crossing one leg over the other, she rested her chin on her hand and studied his reaction with amusement.

"Well, it would be best for me to gain the upper hand by staying close to Ingrid, wouldn't it?" she replied.

Before Shan could respond, she suddenly leaned forward.

Her perfume drifted through the air as she lowered her voice to a whisper meant only for him.

"And that includes you too, Mister Thirteen-Inch Wonder. Hehe."

Shan Wolf immediately felt a headache coming on.

"This woman..."

A few meters away, hidden behind the partition, Eva Kim nearly exploded.

"This bitch... trying to snatch my boo...!!!"

Her eyes blazed with fury as she sprang up from her hiding spot like an angry kitten ready to pounce.

Rachel So Mi reacted instantly.

"Sit down!"

She grabbed Eva by the shoulders and pulled her back before she could charge across the room.

Eva struggled in place, glaring daggers at Moo Jin Soo.

"Let me go! Let me go! She's flirting with him right in front of me!"

"Keep your voice down!" Rachel hissed.

"I'm trying!"

"You're not trying at all!"

Eva continued fuming while Rachel held her firmly in place. The entire operation was hanging by a thread, and the last thing they needed was for Eva's jealousy to blow their cover.

Meanwhile, completely unaware of the chaos unfolding behind the partition, Moo Jin Soo simply smiled at Shan Wolf and folded her hands neatly on the table.

The director's eyes sparkled with mischief, while Shan could already tell that this meeting was going to be far more troublesome than he had anticipated.

Moo Jin Soo pulled a thick folder from her bag and slid it across the table toward Shan Wolf.

"Shan Wolf, make sure you use the advantage I'm giving you," she said. "Also, make sure the files you select are passed on to the press."

"Okay, but why do we need to go through all of these files?" Shan asked.

He opened the folder and immediately frowned.

Inside were countless documents detailing corruption within Won Group. Most of the reports involved Chairman Eh San Won and several members of the Won family. Financial irregularities, abuse of authority, bribery allegations, and suspicious transactions filled page after page.

The deeper he looked, the uglier the picture became.

"These days, people have been talking about it around the boards and headquarters," Moo Jin Soo explained. "There are a lot more cameras and surveillance systems now."

She folded her arms and leaned back in her chair.

"Besides, I've had to be more cautious ever since the incident involving Gin Chu Won. That scandal made everyone paranoid."

Shan nodded as he continued reading.

The folder was far thicker than he had expected. Every few pages revealed another questionable deal or internal report that had somehow been buried before reaching the public.

Meanwhile, hidden behind the partition, Eva Kim and Rachel So Mi remained in position.

Neither woman dared to move.

Through the discreet earpiece hidden beneath his hair, Shan began relaying the information as quietly as possible.

"Page seven," he whispered. "Unauthorized transfer of company funds through shell corporations."

Eva immediately began typing notes into her phone.

"Got it," she whispered back.

Shan flipped to the next section.

"Page eleven. Internal report suppressed by senior management. Evidence points to multiple executives receiving kickbacks."

Rachel's eyes widened.

"That's huge."

The pages continued turning.

"Page sixteen. Construction contracts awarded without proper bidding procedures."

"Noted."

"Page twenty-two. Employee complaints erased from official records."

"Noted."

As the minutes passed, Eva and Rachel became increasingly shocked by what they were hearing.

What had started as a simple attempt to identify the mysterious Gossiper was quickly turning into something far bigger.

Across the table, Moo Jin Soo watched Shan carefully.

There was no nervousness in her expression.

No hesitation.

Only quiet determination.

For someone exposing powerful figures within one of the country's largest corporations, she appeared surprisingly calm.

Eventually, Shan looked up from the stack of documents.

"This is enough to bring down a lot of people."

Moo Jin Soo gave a small smile.

"That's the point."

The director then glanced briefly toward the windows overlooking the city skyline.

"For too long, the wrong people have been allowed to act without consequences."

Her gaze hardened.

"It's time someone changed that."

As Shan Wolf finished selecting the files, he handed the remaining documents back to Moo Jin Soo.

"Hmm... already?" she asked with a pout. "Aww... but I wanted to get cozy with you a little longer, Wolf."

She took a sip of her drink while maintaining eye contact with him. There was a playful confidence in her demeanor that made Shan Wolf sigh inwardly.

Setting her glass down on the table, Moo Jin Soo reached into her handbag and pulled out a pass key.

"Consider this my treat. Ever since you used my mouth like a sex toy, I've been thinking about it..." she said before trailing off.

She leaned forward and planted a quick peck on Shan Wolf's lips.

"But that won't do. Is one of them the CEO candidate... and the other the Vice President's friend?"

Behind the partition, Eva and Rachel immediately stiffened.

They knew exactly what Moo Jin Soo meant.

Eva was the CEO candidate.

Rachel was the Vice President's friend.

Moo Jin Soo's lips curled into an amused smile.

"What an interesting duo."

She gathered her belongings and slung her handbag over her shoulder. Before leaving, she leaned close to Shan Wolf one final time.

"I'll see you next time, Mr. Thirteen Inch..."

With that, Moo Jin Soo turned and left the bar.

For a brief moment, Shan Wolf remained seated, stunned by how effortlessly the woman controlled every conversation she entered.

The moment she disappeared from sight, Rachel and Eva emerged from their hiding place.

"The Gossiper was Executive Director Moo Jin Soo?" Rachel said in disbelief.

"Not only that, what the fuck is this?" Eva whined as she pointed accusingly at Shan Wolf. "You've been a bad wolf, you womanizer, boo!"

The rest of the evening quickly spiraled into chaos.

Before long, both women had begun drinking their hearts out.

Eventually, they made their way to the room that Moo Jin Soo had booked.

"Ah, I forgot," Rachel said in her drunken state as she handed Shan Wolf a key card. "My sunbae is in the Presidential Suite. I already informed her about what happened, and I'm guessing she's up there getting ready. Hehe. Honestly, Mr. Wolf, you'd probably fuck her brains out."

"These two girls...!"

Shan Wolf helped settle them down, feeling less like a companion and more like a father dealing with two troublesome children.

As the clock neared ten in the evening, Shan Wolf prepared himself.

He changed into the suit Rachel had prepared for him and checked his appearance in the mirror.

"Be careful, Mr. Wolf," Rachel said, slightly more sober than before.

"Sunbae isn't really the type to call a man's name unless she knows him personally. The way she knows you still confuses me."

"Don't worry about me," Shan replied. "But thanks for the heads-up. Get some rest, Rachel. You've earned it."

Rachel nodded.

After giving himself one final look in the mirror, Shan Wolf picked up the file and headed toward the Presidential Suite.

A few moments later, he arrived at the door.

He rang the bell.

The door opened almost immediately.

"Well, well. I was right. You really are a young piece of fresh meat for this old lady."

Standing before him was Kan Jin Young, the Head of the Entertainment Department and Chief Editor of SeoulGun Newspaper.

She had apparently just finished showering and was wearing nothing but a robe.

"Please, come in."

She stepped aside and gestured for him to enter.

As Shan Wolf walked into the suite, she quietly shut the door behind him.

Then she removed her robe.

"Now then, shall we begin...?"

Kan Jin Young began catwalking slowly toward Shan Wolf as she took the file from his hand and casually tossed it onto the lamp table.

She gently guided him toward the bed before grabbing his collar and pushing him down onto the mattress.

She then straddled him and began unbuttoning his shirt.

"Mmmm... what a body. Such godly abs. What a stud you've turned out to be..."

She unclipped her lingerie and let it fall aside.

"Touch them, stud. Make Momma feel it."

Shan Wolf gulped as he watched how bluntly she was acting. There was something almost sadistic about the confidence she carried.

Still, Shan Wolf played along, if only to ensure the files made their way to SeoulGun News.

"Ahh... yes. Right there."

Kan Jin Young reached down and intertwined her hand with Shan Wolf's.

"You know how to make a woman feel young again," she said, clearly enjoying the attention he was giving her.

Shan Wolf leaned forward.

"Yes, that's the stuff. Suckle Mommy's tits, you brute."

Kan Jin Young's right hand moved up to the back of his head as her fingers ran through his hair.

"That's it. Ruin me, you stud."

Shan Wolf suddenly took control and pinned her down onto the bed.

"Hmm... I like this side of a man. You gonna hit me? Or are you just showing your dominance and— OOOHHH!!!"

Kan Jin Young couldn't help but arch her back as the sudden sensation caught her completely off guard.

The confident, teasing woman from moments ago found herself reacting in a way she hadn't expected at all.

Shan Wolf continued preparing her, taking his time until she was completely ready. By the time he finished, he had already pushed her over the edge twice.

"Fuuucckk..... Never have I ever had such a good orgasm."

"Oi, don't rest yet. There's still one more thing you haven't done. This."

Shan Wolf revealed his endowment.

Kan Jin Young set her sights on it and licked her lips, unable to hide her anticipation at the sight before her.

"Mmm... such a delicious, big, fat black cock... Do it. I'm so wet. Fuck me, stud."

Shan Wolf positioned himself and pushed in deep.

"OOOHHH!!! So deep, so fucking deep. My walls... they're clamping down on it so hard. This is what a real man should be."

Shan Wolf began moving, setting a slow pace to allow her time to adjust to his size.

"Ah... ah... ah... so good."

Kan Jin Young reached up, wrapped her arms around the back of Shan Wolf's neck, and pulled him down into a kiss.

"Mmm... let's French kiss, dear boy."

She continued kissing Shan Wolf deeply, taking his tongue into her mouth and refusing to let go.

Shan Wolf flipped her over and took her from behind.

"Ah, yes! Yes! Yes! Fuck me! Fuck me, baby!" Kan Jin Young demanded.

How on earth did I get into this madness?

And thus, this chapter had begun.

Three hours passed, and Kan Jin Young still wanted more.

She pulled Shan closer, clearly unwilling to let the night end anytime soon.

Eventually, Shan Wolf regained control and lifted her effortlessly. The sudden shift made Kan Jin Young gasp as she wrapped herself around him.

Kan Jin Young noticed the pronounced outline against her stomach and couldn't help but grin.

"Oh, you fucking bad boy. Making Momma so fucking messy. Yes! Yes! Yes!!!"

The two finally reached their limit and gradually calmed down.

After a while, Shan Wolf noticed that Kan Jin Young had handed him an ice-cold bottle of water.

"Not bad for a stud, especially with those hickeys you've given me. Ten rounds... fuck. When was the last time I had a good fuck?" she said as she sat on the edge of the bed.

Shan Wolf took the bottle and sat beside her.

"How do you know about me?" he asked.

Kan Jin Young took a drink from her bottle.

"Hmmm... let's just say I've been following you recently. I saw you at that hotel. Harlon Hotel. The one Gin Chu Won was in."

She paused briefly before continuing.

"I was supposed to meet him. Wasn't expecting that brute to be a pedophile. You did good, but my instincts told me there was more than meets the eye."

She stood up and grabbed her robe.

Wrapping it around her body, she tied the front securely before turning back toward Shan.

"Boy, I looked into your files at Won Group. You were transferred here personally by the Chairman himself, Eh San Won. That got me curious."

She slowly walked toward him.

"What are you? Who are you? Why would Chairman Eh San Won personally transfer you from Malaysia to Korea, the main headquarters?"

Kan Jin Young stopped directly in front of him.

She reached out and tangled her fingers in Shan Wolf's damp black hair, studying him carefully.

"One thing's for sure, I will personally chase this scoop. Though the files you brought are exceptional, an even bigger story would be better," said Kan Jin Young.

"Well, if you want one, there's a scoop you might be interested in," Shan Wolf replied.

He grabbed a pen and wrote down an address on a small slip of paper before handing it to her.

"Consider it an anonymous tip."

Kan Jin Young accepted the slip as Shan stood up and began putting his clothes back on.

"Hope you do what's right. Until then, catch you later... sexy thing."

Shan Wolf left the suite and headed back to where Eva Kim and Rachel So Mi were staying.

Inside the Presidential Suite, Kan Jin Young lit a cigarette and glanced at the address written on the slip.

"Enjoy seeing your mother meeting and fucking her own son, my daughter...?"

A figure stepped out from behind the balcony curtains, concealed moments earlier by the darkness. It was Xiang Mei Li.

"Mother," she greeted respectfully. "How was he? After all these years, he still doesn't know you're alive."

Kan Jin Young smiled faintly and took another drag from her cigarette.

"Child, he has grown into a fine man. He's everything I expected. I was right to fake my death using a doppelgänger twenty-six years ago."

Her gaze lowered to the slip of paper in her hand.

"Though I am curious about what my son has given me."

A quiet chuckle escaped her lips.

"Hmhmhmhm..."

At midnight, Kan Jin Young arrived at the location Shan Wolf had written down. She sat in the back of her Mercedes-Benz while Xiang Mei Li drove through the quiet streets.

"So where is this big scoop you're supposed to give me, my dear son...?"

"Mother... are you going soft? Believing Big Brother would..."

"Hush, child. I will decide that."

"My apologies."

Moments later, headlights illuminated what appeared to be the scene of a serious car crash. Kan Jin Young stepped out of the vehicle and approached the wreckage.

The moment she saw the victim, her smile widened.

"Well... well..."

She folded her arms as she stared at the lifeless body before her.

"My son really did give his mother a splendid story."

Turning toward Xiang Mei Li, she spoke calmly.

"Mei Li, be a dear and call SeoulGun headquarters. This is the scoop of a lifetime."

Xiang Mei Li nodded and immediately dialed the number.

"What shall be the headline, Mother?" she asked.

Kan Jin Young smirked as she continued staring at the dead man.

"Tell them... Gin Chu Won was found dead in a car crash."

At the same time, back at the hotel, Shan Wolf sat alone in the suite. Eva Kim and Rachel So Mi were asleep on the bed while he rested on a sofa near the window.

Outside, the city lights shimmered beneath the night sky.

A glass of Armada champagne rested in his hand while a brown cigar hung loosely from his lips.

"Hmhm... guess they found it."

He slowly swirled the champagne.

"All exactly as planned..."

His eyes briefly glowed crimson.

The power of Deathborn had already shown him countless possibilities, allowing him to anticipate the outcome with terrifying precision.

"I'm sorry, Mother."

Shan tightened his grip around the glass.

"But honestly... I'm not an idiot."

Cracks spread across the crystal before it shattered in his hand.

Shan Wolf had died multiple times.

Each death had taught him something new.

Each reset had brought him closer to the truth.

And on the fifth attempt, he had finally escaped with the answer he needed.

His mother was alive.

"So, Mom... you're alive."

A smile slowly formed on his face as he gazed out over the city.

"Well..."

His crimson eyes glowed once more.

"I'm ready."

The smile disappeared, replaced by something far colder.

"Because next time..."

He looked toward the distant horizon.

"The hunt is on."
