Chapter 360: We're Just Here to Watch the Show
Uchiha Dali and Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki had arrived above Marineford.
This was the headquarters of the Marines.
Just as Uchiha Dali had expected, Marineford was completely engulfed in flames of war and utter chaos.
Edward Newgate, Whitebeard, had personally led dozens of pirate crews under his command to rescue his captured "son," Ace.
The Marines, on the other hand, had assembled over one hundred thousand elite soldiers, fully prepared for battle.
At this very moment, both sides were locked in a life-and-death struggle—fierce and intense.
However, due to the sudden appearance of these two uninvited guests, the entire battlefield gradually fell silent.
Everyone raised their heads to look at Uchiha Dali and Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki hovering in the sky.
"So, why exactly did we come here?"
Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki asked curiously.
"This is part of our training," Uchiha Dali replied.
Knowing full well that this was just an excuse, Kyōshiki didn't bother to call him out.
His gaze swept across the chaotic battlefield below.
"The battle sure looks brutal…" he said with a faint, amused smile.
On the ground, both Marines and pirates were now studying the two figures in the sky.
Uchiha Dali's eyes landed on the vast expanse of frozen ground, where a massive figure lay motionless.
Compared to the others around him, that man's body was like a small mountain.
He was Little Oars Jr., captain of one of the forty-three pirate crews allied with the Whitebeard Pirates. At this moment, his right leg had been severed, and his body was covered in severe wounds.
Yet before he finally fell, he had opened a breach in the Marine defenses, allowing Whitebeard's main forces to push further toward the execution platform.
"Fufufufufu… looks like two strange fellows have shown up. Are they Whitebeard's reinforcements?"
From below, Donquixote Doflamingo let out his signature laugh.
Known as the "Heavenly Yaksha," Doflamingo was a pirate recognized by the World Government and granted the title of Warlord of the Sea, enjoying a degree of privilege.
He was one of the forces summoned by Marine Headquarters to fight against Whitebeard's crew.
"Their presence feels hidden yet overwhelmingly powerful. I can't read their essence at all…"
Another of the Seven Warlords, the "Hawk-Eyed" man, Dracule Mihawk, had been observing the two for some time now.
His piercing eyes weren't called "Hawk Eyes" merely because of sharp vision—they were empowered by his formidable Observation Haki that could perceive nearly everything.
And yet, he found himself unable to see through the depth or reality of the two hovering above.
That alone proved how far beyond comprehension their strength was.
This had never happened to Mihawk before, and it left him deeply unsettled.
"Who are they? Are they Whitebeard's reinforcements?"
On the execution platform, Fleet Admiral Sengoku—standing beside Garp to guard the final line of defense—had also assumed they were part of Whitebeard's forces.
As the Fleet Admiral, he hadn't received any notice about reinforcements coming to aid the Marines.
In his mind, these two strangers were a complete blank.
"Unfamiliar faces… just one wave after another of trouble," Vice Admiral Tsuru muttered with a frown, staring intently at the two in the sky.
Even with her vast experience, she couldn't identify who—or what—they were.
"Reinforcements for the Navy?"
"Or maybe just some fools who don't know their place, guhahahahaha…"
Whitebeard raised his head toward the two newcomers in the sky and let out a hearty laugh.
However, his expression remained heavy.
The Marines had prepared thoroughly this time, with overwhelming forces on their side.
The situation was already unfavorable for his crew.
If those two truly were reinforcements sent by the World Government, then things would get even worse—because even he, Whitebeard, couldn't see through their strength.
"Pops…"
Marco approached Whitebeard. "Those two are no ordinary guys."
"Mm. Marco, go test their strength," Whitebeard ordered.
"But…"
Marco hesitated, glancing at his father's towering figure.
He knew better than anyone the state Whitebeard was in.
The reason the old man hadn't moved yet was precisely to avoid giving enemies an opening.
If Marco left his side now…
"Go, Marco."
Whitebeard's deep voice gave the order once more.
Marco nodded, then leaped into the air.
At the same time, Marine Vice Admiral Onigumo also began to move.
Marco transformed into a giant bird wreathed in green flames and flew toward Uchiha Dali and Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki.
Onigumo vaulted forward to the middle of the battlefield, gazing up at the two men.
"They're coming for us, and they look rather menacing…" Kyōshiki said with a playful grin.
"Should we make a move?" he asked Uchiha Dali.
"We're just here to watch the show—completely neutral," Uchiha Dali replied with a smile, addressing everyone below.
Hearing this, Marco immediately stopped, hovering not far away.
Onigumo turned to glance toward the execution platform, where Sengoku and the others were stationed.
Below the platform, the three Marine Admirals simultaneously breathed a sigh of relief, still sitting calmly with one leg crossed over the other.
"They're not here to help?"
Akainu Sakazuki squinted at the two figures in the sky, half skeptical.
He couldn't see through their strength either.
Still, since they'd said as much, he chose to take their words at face value.
Thus, the three Admirals remained composed, making no move to attack.
"So they're not here to help, but just to watch the battle?"
"Who exactly are you two?"
Vice Admiral Tsuru's tone turned serious as she called out from the execution platform.
"Our names? You lowly creatures aren't worthy to know them," Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki replied instinctively.
Though he differed slightly from the other Ōtsutsuki, he still shared their innate sense of superiority over lesser life forms.
"Lowly creatures?"
Sengoku's gaze hardened.
Were they Celestial Dragons, perhaps?
But no—he didn't recognize them. He knew every influential Tenryūbito (World Noble) by face, and these two were certainly not among them.
"Would you two mind identifying yourselves? Otherwise, please leave immediately!"
"This is a battle between the Marines and the Whitebeard Pirates—your presence is interfering with this war."
Clearly, Sengoku didn't entirely trust Uchiha Dali's words.
For beings whose power ran so deep, claiming neutrality was easy—but whether they'd actually stay neutral was another matter entirely.
If they chose to intervene, they could join the fight at any moment.
"He's telling us to leave…"
Kyōshiki grinned with amusement.
