Chapter 355: Distribution According to Labor
Uchiha Dali felt somewhat unsatisfied.
He turned his head toward the remaining clones of Ōtsutsuki Àoshiki.
A short while ago, Ōtsutsuki Àoshiki had created around two hundred clones, and right now, they were still fighting against Uchiha Dali and the clones of Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki.
But as Uchiha Dali released another twenty or thirty clones to join the battle, the tide had begun to turn in their favor.
Those two hundred clones of Ōtsutsuki Àoshiki were being pushed back, their momentum completely collapsing.
At this rate, it wouldn't be long before they were utterly defeated.
Whether they could be captured alive, however, was another matter.
After all, these were no ordinary beings—each possessed terrifying power.
With a single casual strike, they could annihilate a planet.
"You got any other trump cards? Use everything you've got. This time, we split it fifty-fifty."
Uchiha Dali turned toward Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki with a grin.
These clones didn't have much "profit" to be gained, or else he would never have proposed such an even split.
Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki gave him a deep look and shook his head. "Unless we personally step into the fight, I have no special method to guarantee capturing every enemy alive in the shortest time."
Whether that was true or not didn't matter to Uchiha Dali.
He gave a faint, teasing smile.
"You don't have one?"
"Well, I do."
Hearing that, Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki's eyes narrowed slightly.
"You've got another trump card?"
He was beginning to feel like he could no longer see through this kid.
Originally, their strength had been almost equal—but now, it seemed the boy had already surpassed him.
How long had it even been?
Was it that freakish talent of his?
Just as doubt flickered through Kyōshiki's mind, Uchiha Dali smirked without answering his question. Instead, he said, "If you're not joining in, then once I catch all these guys, they're all mine."
"What did you say?"
"I said they're all mine. I'm taking everything!"
"If you're not going to put in the effort, you don't deserve to share in the fruits of victory. That's only fair, isn't it?"
Uchiha Dali said it with perfect confidence.
So he's trying to force me to reveal my hidden cards… Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki realized immediately.
He glanced toward the surrounded clones of Ōtsutsuki Àoshiki—being beaten back from all sides but not yet fully defeated.
After a brief hesitation, greed won out.
Even though absorbing those clones wouldn't yield much energy, a mosquito's leg was still meat.
If Uchiha Dali swallowed them all, his strength would grow even faster, and the gap between them would widen further.
"Fine! You've got guts, kid!"
Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki gritted his teeth and nodded, then began unleashing his power.
In an instant, his aura surged—at least fivefold.
Not only that, his body began to emit a crimson radiance.
The light was like that of a star, burning with heat and brilliance.
Uchiha Dali's eyes widened slightly as he watched, gaze locked on Kyōshiki's every move.
The next moment, Kyōshiki's body began to split further.
"So this guy had something hidden too."
Just as the thought crossed Dali's mind, the division stopped.
There were three of them—each identical to the original, wreathed in red light, radiating both heat and power.
Their auras were immense—roughly five times stronger than before.
"This is your trump card?"
Uchiha Dali was genuinely surprised.
"Don't underestimate this move. I was planning to save it for Àoshiki himself!"
"It's a power I gained from devouring the energy of stars!"
"What's it called?" Uchiha Dali asked curiously.
But since Kyōshiki had been forced to reveal one of his trump cards, he was clearly displeased.
He didn't answer the question and merely snorted. "I've made my move. Now it's your turn."
"What's your trump card?"
Just as he finished speaking, more than thirty new clones appeared beside Uchiha Dali.
Kyōshiki's expression changed drastically. "You can still split further?!"
Counting his earlier clones from the first and second rounds of division, this third wave meant Uchiha Dali's total nearly matched his own.
Yet Kyōshiki's own limit was one hundred and fifty clones.
He couldn't tell if Uchiha Dali had already reached his limit—or if there was still more to come.
That uncertain, wary look on Kyōshiki's face was deeply satisfying to Uchiha Dali.
"My trump cards don't end here," Dali said with a smirk. "But this should be enough."
"Let's move—see who catches them first."
"This time, the split won't be even. It'll be based on merit."
"The more you catch, the more you get."
Kyōshiki froze for a moment at the suggestion.
After a quick calculation, he nodded. "So whoever captures them, keeps them?"
"Exactly. Whoever catches them, owns them."
"Fine! We start now?"
"Now!"
Their gazes met—and in the next instant, Uchiha Dali and his dozens of clones shot forward, streaking through the void like streams of light.
At the same time, Ōtsutsuki Kyōshiki also charged in, his original body accompanied by three blazing red clones.
The two hundred clones of Ōtsutsuki Àoshiki, already losing ground, were now utterly overwhelmed.
The moment Dali and Kyōshiki joined the fray, the battle turned completely one-sided.
In just two exchanges, Uchiha Dali and his clones managed to capture two of Àoshiki's clones.
Seeing that, Kyōshiki immediately grew anxious.
Whoever caught one, owned it—that was the rule.
He could no longer afford to hold back.
Soon, his three crimson clones each seized an Àoshiki duplicate.
Uchiha Dali's gaze followed them closely.
Just now, he had clearly seen those three red figures strike simultaneously—faster than lightning—and in the blink of an eye, subdue their targets.
The power they displayed far surpassed any of their opponents.
It even exceeded the strength of Dali's own body and clones—surpassing even Kyōshiki's original form.
"So that's it… those three red clones aren't ordinary. Their power isn't equal to his own—it's tenfold, maybe dozens of times greater."
"No wonder there are only three of them…"
