With a loud "smack," the slap landed on Beatrice's face—a sudden action that stunned everyone at the dining table.
Beatrice was the first to react, throwing down her chopsticks and starting to tussle with Hannah, "You bitch, how dare you hit me!"
Since Hannah was already prepared, she grabbed Beatrice's wrists, and the two sisters started fighting on the dining table. Opposite them, Josephine Hawthorne also threw down her chopsticks and stood up, intending to help her daughter against Beatrice.
