The look in Sage Sea's eyes changed slightly. There was a faint trace of dissatisfaction and disappointment as he looked at Isaac, as though he had reached a rather unpleasant conclusion from what he had heard.
"No, it's not like what you think," Isaac said.
He then explained the situation to Sage Sea. His wives were public figures, and because of that, many people had formed their own assumptions about his relationships with them. Some believed that he had used nefarious means to keep them by his side, while others simply assumed that there had to be some hidden reason behind why so many influential women were willing to stay with him.
