"They're handling the situation pretty well." Peter muttered, standing atop the bridge, watching as the Lizard fought against three suited figures.

That's right they were—Gwen, Liz, and Mary.

The massive reptilian monster let out a guttural roar and swung its long, muscular arm toward Mary with lethal intent.

"Whoa!" Mary reacted swiftly, flipping backward mid-air to dodge the attack. As she landed, she shot two strands of webbing at the Lizard's face, effectively blinding him.

"Grrrrr! Fuckers!" The Lizard bellowed, his claws tearing at the sticky threads covering his eyes.

"Mary! Liz! Keep him busy!" Gwen commanded, her sharp eyes scanning the scene. "I'll evacuate the civilians!" She fired a web and swung away toward the screaming crowd.

"Got it!" Both Mary and Liz replied in unison before exchanging determined glances.

They immediately launched their attack, weaving intricate patterns of webbing around the Lizard's arms and legs. Liz shot thick webbing at his feet, immobilizing him, while Mary wrapped more strands around his torso.

Thud!

The monstrous reptile crashed onto the asphalt, restrained.

"Think that'll hold him?" Liz asked, her chest rising and falling as she caught her breath.

As if in response, the Lizard let out a deafening roar and flexed his muscles. The thick webbing stretched, then—

Snap!

The webs tore apart as he lunged to his feet.

"You really had to ask?" Mary muttered.

"Die!!" The Lizard howled, charging at them like an enraged beast. His razor-sharp claws gleamed under the bridge's lights, slashing through the air as he lunged at Mary and Liz.

Meanwhile, Gwen was guiding terrified pedestrians off the bridge, ensuring their safety.

"Their teamwork is impressive." Peter mused under his breath, arms crossed as he observed from above.

When he'd arrived after hearing the explosion, he'd seen that the girls were already on the scene—fighting and saving lives simultaneously. Deciding to test them, he had chosen to stay back and watch.

Unbeknownst to them, a small drone hovered above, capturing every moment.

Inside the SHIELD headquarters in New York, the footage played on a large screen.

"So there are three more like Spider-Man." Nick Fury muttered, arms crossed.

Seated beside him were Agent Coulson, Natasha Romanoff, and Clint Barton.

"Natasha, you've met him before." Fury said, turning to the red-haired spy, "What do you think?"

Natasha leaned forward, eyes fixed on the screen, focusing on Peter. He stood atop the bridge, calm and composed, even as chaos unfolded below.

"He's far more powerful than we initially believed." She finally said.

"How strong?" Fury pressed.

Natasha exhaled, "He can shoot webs, possesses strength capable of breaking through walls, wields a red blade that comes out of his hands, and has four retractable spider-like legs from his back. In short, he has all the abilities of a spider." She informed them and then with a curious look continued, "These are the abilities that I have seen but who knows how many more he is hiding."

Fury, Coulson, and Clint's eyes opened wide in shock. The Director of SHIELD pondered for a moment, recalling another individual more particularly a woman with golden hair wearing a red and blue suit.

Back on the bridge, Gwen returned just in time to see Mary and Liz still engaged in battle. However, her gaze drifted upward—to Peter, standing high above them, watching.

'So, he's testing us?' Gwen thought, a smirk forming on her lips.

"Girls!" She called out, flipping in mid-air, "Our boyfriend is watching, so let's make this monster regret existing!"

With a powerful swing, she spun in the air and delivered a devastating kick to the Lizard's head, causing it to stumble.

Liz and Mary's eyes flashed with renewed determination.

All three attacked at once.

Gwen struck from above.

Liz came in from the right.

Mary flanked from the left.

They zipped around him with acrobatic precision, their movements too quick for the Lizard to react properly. Kicks, punches, and webbing struck from every direction, keeping him off balance.

"You fuckers!" The Lizard roared, his rage reaching its peak, "You can't stop me! I'll make everyone like me with my serum!"

With a sudden whirl, his massive tail whipped through the air like a battering ram, striking all three girls and sending them flying several meters backward.

"Agh!" Liz tumbled across the ground.

Mary crashed into a car, denting the hood.

Gwen flipped mid-air but still landed roughly on her knees.

The words "serum" echoed in Gwen's mind.

Her breath hitched. Her blue eyes widened. She then recalled about the serum she developed with Dr. Connors.

For a brief moment, the face of Dr. Connors overlapped with the monstrous figure before her.

"D-Dr. Connors?" Gwen whispered.

The Lizard, breathing heavily, turned to her. His sharp-toothed grin stretched across his scaled face.

"Connors... is gone!" He snarled.

Then, with an animalistic growl, he leaped off the bridge, plummeting into the river below.

Splash!

Gwen sat on the cold pavement, staring at the spot where the Lizard had just stood.

Liz and Mary hurried to her side.

"Gwen! What happened?!" Mary asked.

"You okay?" Liz added, worry in her voice.

Gwen didn't respond. She was still in shock.

Thud!

A heavy sound made them turn.

Peter had landed gracefully in front of them, his red and black suit pristine despite the battle's intensity.

"The cops are coming." He said, glancing around. Then, he crouched down slightly and placed a reassuring hand on Gwen's shoulder. His voice softened, "Let's go first."

Gwen blinked and took a deep breath before nodding.

"Yeah... let's go."

Without another word, the four of them shot their webs and swung off the bridge, disappearing into the night.
