" Zeenat", quipped Zeeshaan. " We have her".
The room plunged into a suffocating silence.
" What about the kid", asked Guru.
" Him too", said Zeeshaan. " Plus her sister".
" Where are they", asked Sumeet.
" Waiting for you in your guest room Dragon", replied Zeeshu.
A lazy dangerous smile crept over dragon's face...
" Then what are we waiting for", he said.
" Let's give our guests a proper welcome".
Suneet thought no one heard him.
But he was wrong.
Earlier that day
Rash I think Sumeet is upto something ", said Chanchal.
" Upto what", she raised a brow.
" Sam's mother was fired They moved away. I somehow got her address and went there but neighbours said they left and they don't know where"? She paused.
"Umm Mr. Qureshi went there to enquire", she added.
" Jeet looked angry too. I heard Kash whispering something to him but I was too tired to hear it" she said.
" Can we ask Diva"?
Chanchal was now sure this was not as simple as it looked.
In a remote warehouse
" LET GO YOU GOONS. AAHH. YOU THUGS YOU AND YOUR BOSS ARE GOING TO HELL", screamed a 19-20 year old girl.
Beside her a shivering boy of about 4 years stood , tears streaming his face. He tightly held her.
Blood flowed from her head and face.
" No no", cried the boy.
An unconscious woman of about 28-30 was lying on the dirty ground.
" Just shut up", said a man.
He looked more fed up than angry.
" You will die too", she said to him.
" She is a fiesty one", said the second man to the first one.
" Dragon said one kid. Here are two", said the exasperated first man as second one started laughing.
Suddenly
The female who nabbed her and Sam nudged Muskan to kneel down.
She yelped in pain. At that moment Dragon entred with his lieutenants.
" Ahh our guests are having a good time", he said cheerfully.
Meanwhile
" Kash please tell us. I have a bad feeling about this", said Chi Chi.
" Look Diva don't hide anything from me" , said Rash.
Kash sighed.
" It's what both of your husbands want. I am bound by two promises", he said. " They don't want you two to act stupidly ", he said.
" What is this about", Rash's voice was serious now.
" Attack was not on either one of us. It was on the boy. We were caught in the middle", said Kash.
Both the ladies were shocked.
" Jeet took the family to a safe place. Relax. And Sumeet is trying to find the reason behind it. You two need to be safe", he said.
Both of them relaxed.
At the warehouse
" You are going to hell", Muskan said to Dragon.
He chuckled.
" This is hell my dear. And I am the king here", her said.
" Wake her up", ordered Zeeshaan pointing to Zeenat.
Usman threw a mug of water on her.
She coughed hard. Some blood came out. Muskan cried again. Sam tried to rush to her but Megha's grip was hard.
" Mummy", cried the boy.
" Hello Zeenat", said Dragon dangerously.
She laughed decisively
" This is the end", she cried. " Of a forbidden love story. Let it be swift" She closed her eyes. " Jesus forgive my sins".
" Jesus may. I will not", said the Dragon.
She looked at him. Then nodded.
" I am already a dying woman. I have terminal lung cancer", she said.
" Not your kid", replied Sumeet.
She shivered in fear but said nothing.
" WHY DON'T YOU KILL ALL OF US YOU SATAN" screamed Muskan. " Only then can your b* tch of a sister rest in peace. "
There was a stunned silence in the room.
" Okay she is dead now", whispered Usman to Manya. " Good riddance ".
" So you admit on killing my sister ", said Sumeet in a low voice.
" I killed her", said Zeenat. " It was to marry your brother-in-law. I was pregnant and she was childless. We all knew your father preferred Kunal. So I asked her to leave him".
" She was a Singhania not him", said Sumeet.
" No need to hide Dragon. I knew he was his son. He told me. Malti was adopted . My son is your blood and flesh", she said triumphantly.
But Sumeet merely shook his head.
" No. My flesh and blood was killed by that assasin that night. Your doing again. So I shall kill this child", he said dangerously. " I always hated this worm". His eyes turned dead.
" I did not kill your child ", she cried.
" Then your lover did", he said. " Where is that rat hiding"?
Dragon was furious now.
But Zeenat looked at him in shock.
" You.. You don't.. Then who", she muttered.
" What are you blabbering ", said Manya.
" Where is Kunal", asked Zeeshaan.
Muskan suddenly started laughing badly.
" Ha ha ha ha ha.. And they call themselves goons.. Haaa ha ha.. Underworld kings.. Hilarious. " She continued to laugh before..
Slap...
Usman was done with this mad girl now. So he slapped her.
She held her cheek in pain but calmed down.
" Where is Kunal", asked Dragon. " Tell me".
Surprisingly Zeenat was calm now. Like someone who accepted her fate.
Weakly she said to Sumeet.
" Will you believe me"?
" Try me" , he replied. " Though you are in no place to negotiate with me. I shall not spare any of you. Not even the child. Kunal crossed his limits".
" He did nothing at all. He never harmed anyone from your family", said Zeenat.
" Don't you fool me", said Sumeet angrily.
" I am not lying. He was ready to leave me and our son for Malti. She held some power over him. He couldn't just leave her. So I decided to eliminate her and free my husband. I and Kunal got married in a church after we converted to Christianity ", she replied.
" You need not be his advocate. Let him answer me", said Sumeet.
" Ohh he can't answer anyone from where he is", said Muskan sarcastically.
" Where is he", asked Shaun sceptically
" Six feet under", said Muskan laughing like a fool then she started crying.
" Kunal is dead", said Zeenat. " He died four years ago".
This was an anticlimax...
