"From today, you are my tenth-generation disciple, and your dharma name will be Sun Wukong."
And so, the Stone Monkey, Sun Wukong, officially became a disciple under Xuputi Ancestor Master.
Initially, the Master did not teach him any Immortal Law or Divine Skills, but simply let him study alongside his brothers, learning cultural lessons.
Every day involved reciting the Daoist Scripture, learning rituals, practicing calligraphy, and occasionally attending "music appreciation" and "dance introduction" classes taught by the eldest brother.
Wukong, naturally intelligent, learned everything quickly, soon mastering these basic skills.
In his spare time, he mingled with his fellow brothers and sisters.
Under Xuputi Ancestor Master's tutelage, disciples were numerous and were divided into twelve generations based on seniority.
They are: "Great Wisdom, True Nature Ocean, Keen Insight Perfect Enlightenment."
Wukong belonged to the "Keen Insight" generation and was the eldest brother.
