We had not seen this coming. Kai shifted back. He stood butt naked in front of everyone. But that didn't matter.
"Everyone, get out! Now!" Kai yelled, but who would leave.
"I am not leaving you here!" I said firmly as the gas was spreading so fast. Luckily, Arc was safe in the bunker.
Kai growled at all of us. "The gas won't affect me! Get everyone out of the bunker and run into the mountains. That's an order!" He used his Alpha-tone, and everyone moved.
"Kai. Please. I can't leave you. We are in this together." Even with all our problems. With all the lies and manipulation. He had erased my memories to hide his secrets, yet I couldn't my back on him.
He turned around and met my gaze. Even in the midst of the chaos, our lips crashed. He pulled away, heaving, "You will always be my number one priority." And with that, he pushed me away.
"KAI!" He focused his attention on the lycans and the gas as Damien held me, pulling me away from him. "Kai! Come back to me! Okay!?"
