Sitting on the deck, Amonga took several deep breaths. Only after calming his tense nerves did he grit his teeth and stand up.

"A pirate with a bounty as high as 880 million, Gol D. Rojen, has actually escaped from Impel Down and come to West Blue!"

Drawing in a deep breath, a sense of relief from surviving a disaster appeared on Amonga's face.

"Marine Headquarters must already know, but they actually concealed it!"

"Damn it! Those lunatics!"

He was furious. A monster like that had arrived in West Blue, yet Headquarters chose to hide the information. What exactly were they trying to do? Did they not care at all about the safety of the Marines patrolling the Four Seas?

"I'm going to tell the whole world. This news must not be suppressed!"

His trembling right hand quickly grabbed the Den Den Mushi, and in a cold voice, he roared into it:

"I encountered Gol D. Rojen! What the hell is Headquarters doing? My entire unit has been wiped out, and I almost died! If you care even a little about the Marines patrolling the Four Seas, spread this information immediately!"

"This terrifying monster, Marine Headquarters doesn't even have the slightest grasp of his whereabouts!"

"This is murder! Murder! Do you understand?!"

As Amonga vented his anger, the news spread at incredible speed, first sweeping across West Blue.

Gol D. Rojen, the great pirate with a bounty of 880 million, had successfully escaped from Impel Down and was now in the West Blue. This shocking revelation made the Marines of West Blue tremble with fear, while pirates became extremely cautious, afraid of encountering this legendary figure.

"My God, Rojen actually escaped from Impel Down, and he's in our West Blue now!"

"He's ruthless; he attacked the Celestial Dragons' Holy Land and even wiped out an entire Celestial Dragon family. He's a merciless devil!"

"Legend says Rojen has a sinister face, like a humanoid skull with horns, absolutely terrifying!"

"No, what's even more frightening is his strength. It's said he fought Aokiji, the Blue Pheasant, and Kizaru alone, and severely injured both of them."

In a very short time, all kinds of legends about Rojen were dug up by the people of West Blue, becoming common gossip during meals and casual conversations.

Gradually, the rumors spread from one to ten, ten to a hundred. Nearly a hundred different versions of Rojen's story circulated, each one different from the last.

Soon, the news spread beyond West Blue, reaching the Four Seas and even the Grand Line.

By the third day, Marine Headquarters officially announced that Gol D. Rojen, once imprisoned in Impel Down, had escaped. The world was thrown into an uproar and shock.

"Hahaha! That young brat is really something!"

Whitebeard slammed his naginata to the ground and burst into loud laughter. Beside him, Marco, Jozu, and the rest of the crew all showed expressions of shock.

"Father, that kid's pretty impressive. He even managed to escape Impel Down," Marco said with a smile.

"Indeed. I look forward to meeting him in the New World." Whitebeard gulped down a mouthful of alcohol and laughed again.

After Roger's death, the world had become much more boring. But this younger brother of Roger seemed full of vitality. It felt like his own spirit had been reignited.

"Father, our priority right now should still be Kaido of the Beasts," Jozu said in a low voice.

"Kaido?"

Whitebeard paused, then after taking several swigs of alcohol, sneered.

"He's just a braggart who still reeks of youth. No need to care about him!"

From the mouth of the world's strongest pirate, Whitebeard, the future Yonko Kaido of the Beasts was, at this moment, nothing more than a boastful upstart. His domineering presence was unmistakable.

On the vast sea, atop a floating island dozens of meters above the ocean surface,

"He's out too, huh?"

"Not bad, that kid."

Golden Lion Shiki, his legs replaced by two swords, paused slightly upon hearing the news, then broke into a smile.

"Good. Now this is interesting! Perhaps in the near future, we might even join forces!"

After breaking out of the great prison, the Golden Lion found that both his strength and influence had declined drastically. The former overlord of the New World was no more. By now, his power was not even comparable to those young upstarts who sought to be crowned as sovereigns.

How could someone like him ever be satisfied with such a life? He had been quietly accumulating strength all along, waiting for a chance to rise again.

But his once-powerful subordinates, the numerous Flying Pirates, had already fallen apart.

Until now, when he heard of Rojen's reappearance.

"If your ambition is strong enough, this old man wouldn't mind giving you a push, helping you go even further. So what of it?"

Staring at the distant sea, the Golden Lion muttered to himself.

After escaping prison, he had once sought out Whitebeard. But Whitebeard's mockery and disdain had deeply wounded him. Compared to that, Rojen seemed far more agreeable in the Golden Lion's eyes.

After all, the two of them had once shared a prison cell, true comrades through hardship.

In the New World, on an island completely covered with military installations,

A young man dressed in a black military uniform, thin and stern-faced, was training soldiers.

"Boss Trens! There's news, there's news!"

A soldier ran over, shouting excitedly.

"What news?"

Trens' eyes sharpened, signaling him to speak quickly.

"It's R-Rojen… your captain. There's news about him!"

"What?!"

Trens' cold expression changed instantly. He strode forward and grabbed the soldier.

"He's in West Blue! The whole world knows now!"

Trens clenched his fists, then slowly relaxed them as he asked calmly:

"Is what you're saying true?"

"It's true, Boss! It's spread across the entire world! He escaped from Impel Down and is now in West Blue. Marine Headquarters just issued an announcement, there's no mistake!"

"Good!"

Trens shouted, then turned and walked off.

The soldiers at the base were left confused, and one of them called out:

"Boss, where are you going?"

"To West Blue, to find my captain!"

A long-lost smile appeared on Trens' face.

"Then… what about us?" The soldiers asked again.

"You guys? Do whatever makes you happy! Hahaha!"

After a few strides, Trens disappeared at the base gate.

Once outside, he quickly went to another part of the island and dragged out a young man.

"Hey, hey, hey! Trens, let go, hurry up and let go!"

Ignoring him, Trens dragged the man along toward the harbor.

"I'm a noble Celestial Dragon! Treating me like this is humiliating! Let go, this hurts, it really hurts!" The man wailed.

"We're leaving. Stop talking, Chaporos."

"Going where?"

"West Blue!"
