Most tourists from other places choose to stay in a homestay or resort near the amusement park a day in advance. The resort is newly built, with only the first phase completed. Most of the houses are for sale, while a few are allocated as welfare housing to the executives and outstanding employees of the amusement park.
Some of the houses for sale were bought by Boss Jiang Bing of Bingbing Inn, who renovated them uniformly as the high-end series of Bingbing Inn. Many owners who bought houses in the resort but cannot live there all year round saw that Bingbing Inn's property management was good, so they simply rented their houses to Bingbing Inn, renting them out for 9 months a year and living in them for 3 months themselves.
