"...You know, from what you have just explained, it would seem that a majority of the issues that have been causing harm to this world is because of Rizevim. Like...over fifty percent of them" Quetzalcoatl said to Morgan with a deadpan after hearing the entire explanation.
They were standing outside of the building in which Morgan planned on having Quetzalcoatl meet the Four Satans in, and they had been standing there for a short while now. Deciding to finish their conversation in full before moving onto a new one, as this conversation was sort of needed in order to properly communicate with the Four Satans.
"That...is sadly not wrong. That man is a blight on devilkind, and on the supernatural world in general. But he is also a pain in the ass to track and find. The guy is one of the best in the world at stealth and staying hidden. He is also damn good with runes and seals, and is using that to keep himself from my sight. Doesn't help he's got the help of who knows how many more Gods and other entities" Morgan responded with a grumble, inwardly she couldn't wait until she could rip the guy in half and move onto dealing with Trihexa.
The moment that he revealed himself to her, she'd be able to kill him with ease. It was just that he was staying very very far away from her that was making it so hard to off him. He likely knew that she was not someone he could even remotely stand against, so he was trying his best to keep far far away from her.
He was smart enough, and had enough connections to know just how powerful she was. That she was someone that could effortlessly obliterate entire factions by herself, and was only surpassed by the likes of the dragon Gods themselves.
It explained a lot.
"And you are certain that there is no way we can kill that bastard? Surely with all your power you can do something about him, even with the runes and such" Quetzalcoatl asked, as Morgan shook her head.
"It's not about whether or not I can kill him. I can, it'd be laughably easy for someone of my level of power. Hell, any of the Four Satans could slaughter him. But the problem is the fact that he does not come out unless he is certain he will not be found. And if he does come out in front of me, it'll almost certainly be when he lets Trihexa free. Something that I know will be happening regardless of what I do" Morgan explained before continuing.
"The seal that is holding Trihexa is not made to last for thousands of years, and was actually just a stop gap, a measure to keep it sealed until someone else could come around and permanently deal with it. It was meant to be used to seal it so that Heaven could prepare to deal with Trihexa" Morgan explained, as Quetzalcoatl listened.
"With it having a life of around 5000 years or so, it'll be breaking down sooner or later regardless. But that five thousand years was meant to be used to strengthen the heavens, and become strong enough to fight back Trihexa. But due to all of the supernatural incidents over the years, that was not possible. With things like the errors in the Heavenly system, the Devil civil war, the Gods interfering, and a number of other things, that was simply not possible" Morgan finished, as Quetzalcoatl nodded along.
"Until you came around, and with your birth, the Heavens, and the Heavenly Demonic Faction as a whole, represents the only real chance of defeating the Beast of the Apocalypse" Quetzalcoatl said in understanding.
"Mmhmm, my faction is realistically the only chance for Trihexa to be defeated. There is not a single other pantheon or faction in the world that even remotely compares to the might that we can call upon. And should Shiva join my pantheon like I am expecting, that'll become even more certain" Morgan replied, as they began to enter the building where the Satans and a few other important folk were waiting.
"...You know, the more you talk about your faction and about Trihexa returning, the more tempting it is for me to join you" Quetzalcoatl responded, finding it difficult to even think about denying the offer. It was simply too good to deny.
"Yeah I'm good at tempting people. Why else do you think I am in charge of the largest faction in the world?" Morgan said with a smirk as they finally entered the meeting room.
The moment they did, Morgan noticed Quetzalcoatl still and her eyes widen as she saw one of the figures inside.
Ophis was there, munching on a cookie as she sat in Morgan's chair. Morgan chuckled as she walked over to her chair, with Ophis getting up and plopping down onto Morgan's lap the second she sat down.
"What is the Infinite Dragon God doing here?" Quetzalcoatl asked with wide eyes, trying to get her expression under control.
"She's my mate" Ophis responded simply, as she bit into another cookie.
"What Opis said" Morgan added with an amused glint in her eyes. The rest of the people in the room (Which was the four Satan's, Michael, Azazel, Amaterasu, Yasaka, and a few others) were all watching her reaction, equally as amused.
"I-wha-why didn't you say anything about that?"
"I didn't think it was particularly important. And I also did not want to use it to persuade you, as I feel that it would have made you make a decision out of fear, and not genuinely wishing to join my faction" Morgan responded with a shrug.
"Well that is pretty damn important! There has never been a single faction that has ever gotten the favor of a Dragon God. And you don't just have one's favor, you are their mate!" Quetzalcoatl exclaimed, while Morgan just raised an eyebrow.
"And yet even with Ophis's help, it is still not guaranteed that I am going to be able to defeat Trihexa. From what I have concluded, Trihexa is around the level of power as both the Dragon Gods...combined. Meaning we need all hands on deck to fight against that creature" Morgan explained to the shocked Goddess.
"Even with all of us working together, we still would struggle against the Beast. That is why we need your help, Quetzalcoatl. You are the third strongest Goddess in the world, and are on par with Amaterasu in pure might. With your help, on top of Morgan and Shiva, we can stand a real chance against the beast, even if we cannot get Great Red to aid us" Sirzechs said, as Quetzalcoatl looked over at Ophis.
"So the infinite dragon God will help us against Trihexa? Really?"
"I won't let my mate die to that...thing" Ophis replied bluntly as she locked eyes with the Goddess.
"...Alright, besides the obvious technological advantage my people will gain, what else will we get from joining your faction?" Quetzalcoatl asked, as it was an important and very necessary question.
"You and all your subordinates will be supplied with materials and training methods that will allow for the Gods of your pantheon to get stronger. You will gain access to the underworld which will supply your people with new potions, new materials, new weapons, and all sorts of other things. You will also be granted the chance to obtain new domains from the felled Gods in this war we are in with the other pantheons" Morgan said, locking eyes with her once more.
"Your people will also be granted the means to truly and officially reproduce, and will be able to marry whoever they wish inside of the faction, granted they are of legal age of course. Besides that, some may be granted the opportunity to utilize a new form of evil pieces that I am in the process of creating for the Gods" Morgan finished, as the woman looked more and more interested the longer that she was speaking.
"On top of that you will be able to directly influence the mortal world more than before, therefore granting you even more power. There are a number of other things that you will get too, like access to our internet, new knowledge that you cannot find anywhere else, and all sorts of others" Serafall added with a grin on her face.
With all that explained, Morgan watched Quetzalcoatl's expression, before smirking and asking the important question.
