It's often said that couples argue at the head of the bed but reconcile at the foot; the squabbles and scuffles between kids are not much different.
Just half an hour ago, the living room was filled with the screams and cries of two little ones.
Dou Dou, red-faced with anger, was chasing Tang Tang around with a toy for three laps, insisting on pulling her pigtails for revenge.
Tang Tang was not willing to be outdone, hiding behind the sofa, puffing up her cheeks and blowing at Dou Dou's hair, while fiercely yet cutely yelling "han~hou~", until both little ones rolled onto the carpet, one pulling at the other's clothes, the other tugging at the other's apron, crying loudly, neither willing to back down first.
But now, the living room has long lost any signs of gunpowder, leaving only carefree laughter.
