Chapter 1030 - Chapter 1030 Mountain

The game map Ging randomly got this time was a desert, so the game rules and failure penalty were related to water.

To win required a lengthy, cumbersome game process, unfriendly to the lizard magical beast with no gaming experience.

However, one of the restrictions of Ging's ability was giving opposing players some inherent advantages, plus the magical beast clan's physical advantages, so the lizard magical beast's actual chances of winning weren't small.

Unfortunately, the lizard magical beast's opponent was Ging; ultimately defeated.

After leaving the space, the lizard bore the failure penalty, severely dehydrated. Although not fatal, it lost the ability to fight.

Kuro rushed over, giving the lizard magical beast no chance to resist, biting its body into pieces in a few bites, then swallowing alive.

"Not gonna lie, these magical beasts taste amazing. If processed and cooked, would definitely taste even better." Kuro licked his lips, unsatisfied.

"Go away."

Law didn't want to hear Kuro's thoughts on eating magical beasts alive.

"Where's Giles?" Ging asked.

"Not sure."

"There should still be one magical beast in the ruins. He might have gone to find it."

As soon as he spoke, a loud noise came from afar.

Looking over, dust filled the sky, Brion figures faintly visible.

"Let's check it out."

Law looked at the distant dust, then gestured towards the empty air, signaling the teammates inside Hide-and-Seek dimension not to come out yet.

Meanwhile, at the Gatekeeper Clan's base.

Inside the stone chamber, many magical beasts' faces were covered with gloom.

They not only personally saw the clan members sent to subdue Law's group defeated, but also personally saw that black Nen Beast eat the clan members alive.

The feeling was self-explanatory...

A labyrinth building collapsed with a crash. The hard-textured walls shattered into several pieces, tilting onto the ground with deafening noise, raising large amounts of dust.

Within the spreading dust, figures darted about… roaming-type Brions.

Suddenly, sparks flashed in the dust… sounds of metal clashing rang.

Swish!

Vortices appeared in the dust. Brions with severely damaged metal sphere heads flew out from the dust, heavily smashing into labyrinth building walls, turning into mushy, bloody pulp.

"Annoying or not, trash!"

A charming female voice came from the dust.

Then, Dice Nose walked out of the dust, a human head in one hand, looking gloomily at the surrounding gathering roaming-type Brions.

The human in her hand was the soldier carrying Kincaid. While covered in blood, he's not dead yet, still barely alive.

"All because of you trash, I couldn't kill the remaining three humans before the house collapsed."

Dice Nose's tone turned fierce. After speaking, she opened her mouth full of fine sharp teeth, biting off the soldier's head, chewing it a few times before swallowing.

At that moment, several Brions attacked her.

Dice Nose again bit off a large chunk of flesh from the soldier's body while swinging three red tails behind her, sweeping at the attacking Brion heads, killing them instantly.

After several rounds, Dice Nose completely ate the soldier, then slaughtered the surrounding Brions. The dust from the collapsed building also completely dissipated.

Dice Nose looked back at the house ruins, thinking the remaining three humans buried inside probably couldn't survive. But just in case...

With this concern, Dice Nose acted as a rescuer, swinging her tails, sweeping away large stones on the ruins.

If she found humans, she'd definitely finish them off.

After a while, Dice Nose swept away the large stones piled on the ruins… some fault spaces gradually revealed.

A red tail coiled around an exposed stone slab, slightly shook, threw it aside, revealing a narrow fault space.

Sunlight seized the chance to enter, shining on a human in a white lab coat… Norman.

At this moment, Norman curled up in the narrow space, body trembling, emitting low muttering sounds.

Before him lay a stone slab… underneath scattered many glass fragments, wisps of faintly glowing green juice seeped out from under the slab.

Norman stared blankly at the green juice, as if mentally disturbed, continuously muttering.

Dice Nose coldly looked at Norman, her tails behind her lifting high, suspended above her head.

Immediately, one tail suddenly lengthened, stabbing at Norman curled in the fault, but instantly retracted its momentum, shrinking back, erecting a tail wall.

At that moment, several shockwaves struck Dice Nose's erected tail wall behind her, causing explosions.

However, they didn't shake Dice Nose's body. Norman in the fault showed no reaction to this close-range explosion.

"It's you...!"

Dice Nose quickly turned, seeing the human who ambushed her was Giles, her pupils contracting slightly.

She saw no signs of serious injury on Giles, nor did she believe Giles could escape from Ancient Claw.

'What's going on?'

Thinking this, Dice Nose's heart sank slightly but had no time to ponder deeply. Controlling a tail behind her, she sent it into the fault, coiling around the muttering Norman, lifting him up, suspending him beside her.

"Norman!"

Seeing Norman, Giles's expression changed.

As he called Norman's name, the fox magical beast, right before him, cold-bloodedly and decisively twisted Norman's body into several pieces, blood and limbs scattering to the ground.

"Beast!"

Seeing this, Giles's gaze sank, but he didn't impulsively attack.

"Quite calm, aren't you."

Dice Nose giggled.

Giles tightened his grip on his staff, not rushing to attack, carefully observing the fox magical beast.

Seeing Law's group gaining the upper hand, he ran to find possibly surviving teammates.

He's originally wandering around the maze. But he didn't find people, and instead encountered many Brions.

Later, he heard the building collapse sound, immediately rushed over, then ambushed the fox magical beast standing on the rubble pile.

Unexpectedly, there were indeed surviving teammates in the ruins, but right before his eyes, he was killed by the magical beast.

Although he's angry, Giles remained calm.

Now, he had a deep understanding of magical beasts' strength.

After strangling Norman, seeing Giles not easily attacking, Dice Nose also stayed still, wondering about her companions' situation.

The standoff between both sides broke when Law's group arrived on the scene.

Dice Nose saw the several humans surrounding her, her heart immediately shook, giving rise to a bad premonition.

'Could it be... Ancient Claw and the others were all wiped out? How was that possible? Ancient Claw was a warrior whose strength ranked high in the clan.'

"This is the last magical beast in the ruins." Law coldly looked at Dice Nose, then quickly scanned the collapsed building ruins, saying, "Being able to collapse a building of this scale, it's destructive power is not to be underestimated."

"Yeah."

Ging nodded.

They all knew the ancient labyrinth buildings' materials were hard, and collapsing them wasn't that simple. The ruins before them, as if after a strong earthquake, should be caused by the fox-featured Dice Nose.

Thus, Dice Nose's strength was at least not weak.

Dice Nose also understood the common tongue. Hearing Law's words, she showed little reaction.

This collapsed building wasn't done by her but by the 'secret' hidden inside the building. But she wasn't foolish enough to explain.

'Only, what to do next?'

Dice Nose's thoughts raced rapidly, considering the next step, unaware her clan members currently watching had already sentenced her to death...

All present here didn't notice that high above outside the Ancient Labyrinth City, a huge mountain slowly flew towards the labyrinth city.
