The shopping trip was a success in Cass' mind. Not only had they made connections with several small merchants who specialised in weddings and large gatherings, they had also been very receptive to doing things the fairy way.
Cass had gotten their foot in the door, but he had let the fairies speak because he had no idea what a grand fairy wedding meant. Especially since most of this would be done at his other estate, he made sure to clarify that they would handle the transport and if they needed more carriages they could reach out to his aide in town, Mr. Collins.
He was going to have to have Mr. Collins hire a few more people just to help him manage this, but Cass had a feeling that Mr. Collins wouldn't be upset, he'd be grateful. More people who he could hire into safety. Under the Blackburn umbrella, who would harm them?
Certainly not Cass if they were loyal.
