The forest looks empty and deserted but that is not true,footsteps can be heard as a group is seen moving silently through the forest, as if they were looking for something
"Stop",a voice rang out from the front of the group,they all stopped
"What's wrong,why did you stop?",a member of the group questioned
"Something feels off. I need to map out this forest incase of danger",the leader said as he prepared to cast a spell
Unknown to them,they were being watched by some teenagers who looked shocked and scared
"Shit,those guys from the Cerulean Kingdom are here. We need to inform the elders",Carlian said with fear,his helmet still on his head
"Varis! Cain! go and inform the elders,we will stay and watch",he continued and the two boys left to deliver the message
Here in the congregating area of the Orient,the Elders are having a meeting alongside other important members when Varis and Cain burst in, panting like wild dogs
"How dare you barge in here,what insolence",Agloval,a high ranking member said angrily,ready to take out his anger
"Please wait,we have important information that you need to hear",Cain said loudly,still panting
"Speak",one of elders commanded as he sensed the immense flow of magical essence from deep within the forest
"The Witches,they are here already",Cain shouted in exhaustion. His revelation brought fear into the heart of the members of the Orient
Though they had access to ancient magics and artifacts,they know formidable and unpredictable the Witches could be
"What should we do?",a young lady asked,she had green hair and had two daggers sheathed behind her. She had a cold but cute look. Also she is a Fairy
Her name is Amaya,she is one of those that were personally trained by the Elders;an assassin to be precise. She was specifically trained by Elder Yeng,a powerful Vampire
"Tell everyone to prepare for battle",Agloval,who was actually the Herald of the Elders,commanded when a voice stopped him
"No",the voice belonged to Elder Nashtu,a very powerful Dark Sorcerer and a shy and timid type. It is rumoured among the Orient members that he is contracted to a Hell Demon
"I will handle this",he said as he walked out of the Elders tent,he stamped his staff which sent waves of terrifying darkness. His staff,the Dark Rhitta kept pulsating with primal energy as he kept mumbling some words
Back at the entrance of the forest,the Witches suddenly stopped,they waited for a while as they watched the leader cast another mapping spell
"Turn back",a command rang out which surprised the Witches,they watched their leader move towards them with a rattled expression on his face
"The forest is clear",the leader said,though they were surprised they had no option but to turn back
Back at the Orient's camp,Elder Nashtu had just completed his spell casting and was walking back to his own tent
"It is done",he said to Agloval as he brushed past him. Agloval understanding the message immediately calmed the already anxious followers
Though they were already calmed,they still wondered how Elder Nashtu was able to repel the invaders,which to their knowledge were known as the Purple Capes
The Purple Capes,they are an elite group from the Cerulean Kingdom. The Purple Capes are actually the scouters of the Cerulean Kingdom.
Thier job is to map out possible locations for annexing,they are also the ones sent to check out any place that has been isolated for too long. The decimation of many cults and unyielding Witch covens are attributed to them
They are led by the eccentric Saul Silva, a very skilled and learned Wizard. Under him are various powerful Wizards and Witches, specially equipped for their job. One thing they are known for is thier flowing purple cape

It's already few weeks for the Academy to resume activities,here in Gwen's mansion Alex and Xander are seen preparing for resumption
"I wonder what the awaits us in the Academy",Alex said knowing they would now be Year Two students
"I don't know but I bet it will be interesting",Xander replied,but in sense he was referring to the opportunity to see Lucille again
"I know you are excited about that secret crush of your which I am going to find out soon enough",Alex said,making Xander slightly pissed
While they were busy bickering,Rio and Gwen were just getting out of bed since they were tired from the night's work
"Uhmmmm,where are you off to?",Gwen stood up,the blanket wrapped around her as she walked towards Rio
"Preparing for work",Rio said as he buttoned his shirt,he reached out and kissed Gwen on her forehead before jumping into a portal
"He didn't even wait for me to say anything",Gwen said,anger evident in her face

The Academy was swarming with students as they moved around for one thing or the other,though the Academy hasn't officially resumed still it was bustling especially with new entrants
In a corner,Master Benjin is spotted alongside Nicklaus,Dan and Rayna. They were stunned by the sheer beauty of the Academy
"Ok guys, you've been registered already. After the orientation you will be referred to your class and dorm",Master Benjin explained to them and they nodded in understanding
"Alright guys,Wish you the best",he said and left. The three of them found their way to the hall,though it was stressful they got there in time for the orientation
After the orientation,each students were asked to move to their dorm. Nicklaus and Dan went to the male's while Rayna departed for the female's. Nicklaus was registered as a Year Two student while Dan and Rayna were Year One
Nicklaus and Dan, surprisingly were allocated the same room alongside Micah,a earthbender. Rayna,on the other hand was placed with 2 Year One students; Sarah,a vampire and Daisy,a Fairy
In another part of the school,Rey is seen dropping his bags in the room allocated to him,his roommates were obviously absent. He was also a Year Two student
"This is so cool",he said as he looked at the room with awe

Here in Jacque ancestral home,he is seen with his cousins as they battle some magical monsters. The monsters came in different shapes and sizes as they charged towards Jacque and his cousins
"Grrrrrrhhhhh",a monster growled as it tried to slash Serayah but it was burnt by red flames as Jacque landed beside her
"I could killed it myself",Seravyn said, obviously not happy with Jacque's intrusion but Jacque just scoffed and left
DEMON ART: WRATH OF LIGHTNING
A stream of black lightning immediately spread through the area destroying numerous monsters
Jacque was about to move when a giant monster landed in front of him,it had scales on its body and one eye. Its arms were so massive that they could crush a tank in one flick
DEMON ART: OBSIDIAN SPEARS OF WRATH
Jacque chanted but the spears could not pierce the monster,the monster three its first but Jacque was fast,he jumped and tried using flames but they were useless against it
"This bastard is tough",Jacque said as he escaped another fist strike from the monster
DEMON ART: CHAINS OF TRIBULATION
Immediately, black chains came out of the ground binding the monster tightly,the chains also had sharp spikes all over causing pain to it
DEMON ART: AGGRAVANUS
Jacque roared and jumped,his body became enveloped in orange lightning as he descended with a punch aiming for the monsters head blasting it completely
"That was nice even though you copied me",Astradon,one of cousins said. He was the one responsible for the black lightning
"I didn't copy you",Jacque said as he picked the core of the monster, giving it to Vaxir, another of his cousin
"So what should we do next",Vaxir questioned
"Let's get a good rest,more so Jacque is resuming school",Seravyn said with a mocking smile which made Jacque pissed
"Ok,first of all it's an Academy not a school and second, don't be jealous",he said and smirked
"You guys can keep arguing,am out of here",Vaxir said and whistled calling his ride,a large bat-like creature with blue eyes and two horns
"Bye,guys",Vaxir said and left. Astradon and Seravyn continued to hunt magical monsters while Jacque decided to take a walk
As he was doing so he came across his one of his relatives, Aunt Sylla as she was cutting some leaves to make a potion. She is the medical expert of the family and the tutor of Vena,Rena and Lena , Jacque's triplet cousins
"Hello Aunt Sylla, what are you up to?",Jacque asked as he got to here. She looked at him and smiled
"Am preparing a healing potion,to teach your cousins ",she replied,as she lighted the stand and started to boil the leaves
"Ok,good luck",Jacque said and left going deeper into the forest,when he got to the centre of the forest he noticed a strange sigil on a tree
The sigil pulsed with arcane and ancient energy,Jacque in his curiosity edged nearer and touched it
But what happened stunned Jacque, immediately he touched the sigil, series of images flooded his mind and immediately the tree where the sigil was exploded with intense force
What replaced the tree was now a burning sword coated in ethereal purple flames that burnt blazingly. Unknown to Jacque,the explosion has already alerted his family
Meanwhile here at the entrance of the forest,Jacque's family converged as they were all tensed and full of fear since most of them had their kids hunting in that forest
Thier fears were alleyed when the kids appeared.Astradon,Vaxir and Seravyn made it out but there was no sign of Jacque and this made his father very worried
Rigurd and the other males were about to go into the forest to get Jacque when they heard a neigh of a horse. The sound carried ancient authority and power,right before their eyes a bulky, muscular horse strode out,it had two horns (one on the snout like a rhino and the other larger one on its forehead). It had purple fur with a blazing mane,also purple
The presence of the horse was a shocker but what terrified them was the rider and the energy emanating from him. They were all shocked to see Jacque on the horse holding a purple blazing sword
They all felt compelled to bow before him not even his father was exempted but the Lord Oracle appeared before that could happen. His presence suppressed the compulsion but they could still feel the commanding power coming from Jacque
"It's not possible",Lord Oracle said after everything died down and Jacque was back to normal but the sword was still in his hands, pulsating wildly
"It can't be,the blade chose you",he said again with a look of surprise as he neared Jacque
"Lord Oracle,what do mean?",Mr Warren, Jacque's father said impatiently, obviously not really happy with what was happening
"That is the Hexblade,an ancient artifact of unfathomable power",Lord Oracle said but they thought he was joking. They believed that it was just a myth
"Hexblade,I thought it was a myth",Rigurd said
"Yes,that is what we made you believe. The Hexblade was too powerful to be left lying around so the I decided to keep it and erase all information about it",Lord Oracle said
"So what do we do now?"Mr Warren asked, everyone has been dismissed. Only the Lord Oracle,Rigurd,Mr Warren,Vekron,Lady Pryxx and Delone were in the room discussing
"Your son must keep that sword a secret,no one must know about it",Delone said and they all agreed. The matter was agreed upon and Jacque was made to forget the about the sword
