With a massive base of numbers, relying on her reputation, whether due to their status in the fan club or a genuine desire to respond to her call, they can always gather enough fleets.
Coupled with those Seventh Rank Transcendents she has already converted in the Starry Sky, they can actually form one or two complete fleets.
Even if their combat power might not be strong, not all those churches are as powerful as the ones encountered not long ago; there are always some weaker fleets.
