The evaluation from the old Mayor was highly positive and his expression was direct, which left William both surprised and delighted. However, he soon realized that any transaction involves both parties.
He first thanked the old Mayor for his statement, then fell silent for a moment, "What can I do for you?"
This question was posed very directly, but the old Mayor just laughed, "My sons and students want to see the outside world. They actually have decent grassroots work skills, but lack exposure to the outside world."
"I know, William, you are an outstanding and capable person."
"I don't expect them to immediately become a senator or Mayor, but as long as they can have a job, I would be satisfied."
The demand was very low, so William felt he couldn't offer too low of a starting point. After some thought, he eventually agreed.
"Are they willing to take non-government political jobs?"
The old Mayor nodded repeatedly, "Of course!"
