"Welcome to Howl Heaven…" Claudia said as she spread her hands out and smiled sheepishly.
She seemed very excited for some reason which was weird as this was not her first time being here. As one of the many Primordials in the League, she had unrestricted access to all the Heavenly Realms that the hegemony had seized.
She was not really excited to be in this place; rather, she was excited about the activity she was currently engaging in.
Showing this new Primordial Friend of hers the world that she had helped build.
"Howl Heaven?" The Primordial Tortoise asked as he looked around with a raised eyebrow, "Since when did the universe have a Heavenly Realm called Howl Heaven?"
The Primordial Tortoise continued to look around and kept on observing the little details.
"Oh, there wasn't, the All-King commissioned this Heavenly Realm to be created…" Claudia said, seemingly more excited as she explained.
