Rumors say that Nine-Headed Schemer was using his resources to investigate an inheritance before he vanished entirely."
"As for Ancient Desolate Immortal, he was even more eccentric compared to other gu immortals. He was a rare formation path gu immortal and a loner at that. Several unidentified gu worms flew from the lump of light and floated before Lo Jik as he carefully reached for the source of light.
He received the information inside the treasured space without any flashy changes as the clump disappeared around Lo Jik's outstretched hand. Meanwhile, he closed his eyes and absorbed the information.
'Yin-Yang Path?' He frowned deeply. 'The fuck is that? Multiple Pregnancy Gu was a series of a gu worm. Rank 1 Multiple Pregnancy allowed partners to have one child, rank 2 Multiple Pregnancy granted twins, rank 3 did triplets, and so on.
Become Pregnant Gu allowed even the sterile couples to conceive an offspring of their own.
Reincarnation Gu… it was similar to one of Lo Jik's innovations—Rank 5 Descendent Gu. Descendent Gu allowed a gu master to consume the remainder of their lifespan and leave behind an offspring with the same aptitude. The offspring would grow to be an exact copy of the user but would possess no memory of their previous life. In a way, it was a lifespan extension method. Of course, a killer move using this gu worm would have better and more suitable results.
Meanwhile, Reincarnation Gu was the opposite side of the same coin. Instead of leaving behind a clueless offspring, this gu worm allowed the user to consume their remaining lifespan to modify their targeted fetus during the pregnancy to reincarnate as that infant. This method, however, did not ensure the user's new aptitude. It was also not the same as using Lifespan Gu and left side effects. This method cut off the infant's supposed lifespan in half.
