Two days later in the morning, a meeting room in the Sam Country President's Mansion was filled with high-ranking officials. At the head sat a man in his forties, with a slightly sinister aura on his face. He looked sharply at the meeting members without speaking, exuding an almost imperceptible, faint sense of menace that made people uneasy. He was the Inner Guard Captain of the Sam Country Special Service Bureau.
On either side of the Inner Guard Captain sat Jackson and the Director of the Security Bureau. The capture of Ghost Hand and others somewhat saved face for Sam Country. Additionally, with Jackson's father being assassinated, the President personally signed the appointment, promoting Jackson to Deputy Director of the Strategic Intelligence Bureau, responsible for operations.
