Sakura hastily dispelled the Multi-Size Jutsu, and not a moment too soon.
"Particle Style: Atomic Dismantling Jutsu!"
Ōnoki's jutsu finally activated, vaporising a few stray strands of pink hair from Sakura's scalp as she began rapidly shrinking. Thankfully, her head narrowly avoiding the grisly fate of being reduced to a fine red mist.
"Eh?"
An odd feeling of weightlessness suddenly washed over Sakura. In her haste to avoid being reduced to molecules, she had expedited the contraction of her body… she was shrinking faster than gravity could pull her down, which meant that she was now falling from over a hundred metres up…
…and the Fourth Raikage, who'd previously been clambering down her shoulders, was falling alongside her!
"Liger Bomb!"
…except there was no ground for A to slam Sakura into.
"Sakura Kick!"
...Sakura floated away from her opponent from the kickback of her own attack, forcing her to 'swim' through the air with a few breaststrokes to get close enough to hit the Raikage again.
"Damn you, Newton!"
"Lariat!"
...but A was taller than she was, and his arms longer than hers. His attack caught Sakura in the throat, but instead of crushing her windpipe, it merely sent the two of them spinning backwards helplessly in midair, giving Sakura the opening she needed to catch him with a...
"Sakura Punch!"
The two combatants clinched, raining down blow after blow on each other as they held each other tightly, using one another as leverage to exert force. Though she was stronger than her opponent, Sakura was at a slight disadvantage, since A had begun the battle already in his Lightning Style Chakra Mode. Each of her punches hurt her fists more than they hurt his iron skin, and merely holding onto his lightning-wreathed form made her muscles spasm uncontrollably, reducing the force of her blows.
"Sakura…" Tsunade's voice seemed to ring out in Sakura's dizzy head. "Try to remember some of the basics of Chakra Enhanced Strength."
In a moment of clarity, Sakura managed to escape her punch-drunk state, summoning her chakra and compressing it into a pinprick in her fist before letting it explode all at once, blasting the Raikage A away from her.
"Cherry Blossom Impact!"
The ground was rushing up towards her fast now. Falling from such a height would definitely hurt, and regenerating broken limbs would take up precious few seconds that she didn't have.
"Hang on, can't I fly!?"
Sakura distinctly remembered watching Tendō Pain hovering in the air before flattening the Hidden Leaf Village in the anime. She stuck out her hands and splayed her fingers, aiming at the ground…
"Almighty Push!"
Slowly but surely, Sakura began to decelerate as she applied repulsive force to the ground below like a rocket, until she reached an equilibrium and found herself hovering in midair. She couldn't exactly fly like a birdie, but she could definitely float!
Sakura unsteadily began lowering herself to the ground. "Thank you, Newton!"
BOOM!
Not far from where Sakura was trying to land, the Fourth Raikage crashed into the ground like a meteor. His hard Lightning Armour sliced through the earth like a hot knife through butter, allowing him to gradually slow his descent as though he had plunged into water, rather than having the hard ground break every bone and rupture every organ in his body by bringing his fall to a rather abrupt stop.
"Damn you, Ōnoki!" A's voice muffled voice rang out from below. "Why didn't you catch me!?"
"Perhaps because you never bothered deactivating your Lightning Style Chakra Mode?" came Ōnoki's withering reply as he swooped down from above. "In case you've forgotten, my Light-Weight Rock Jutsu is an Earth Style jutsu… you would have dragged me down along with you to an early grave!"
"Oh, you would have liked that, wouldn't you, you crotchety old geezer!" A roared as he popped his head out of the ground like a marmot, spitting out a mouthful of dirt. "If I had turned off my Lightning Style Chakra Mode, I would have died on impact!"
"Regrettable, I know."
Splat.
"…oof."
The Raikage and Tsuchikage stopped arguing and glanced at Sakura, who had just belly-flopped onto the unforgiving ground, trying to cancel her Almighty Push and land on her feet. She really needed to get used to her new powers, but unfortunately for her, she had no choice but to conduct live training.
"This is your first and last warning," Sakura grunted as she pushed herself to her feet. "Madara has been revived, and I'm pretty sure he's also obtained all the Tailed Beasts the Akatsuki had been collecting. As much as I hate you guys, I don't want to kill you... but I will if you keep endangering the Hidden Leaf!"
"Fool ya fool, do I look captured? Aren't I standing right here?" Killer B's weak voice echoed through the treeline. "Help a brother out, someone take out this spear…"
From the sound of it, the Eight-Tails was still pinned to the ground by the Susano'o's enormous naginata, even though Sakura had dispelled her chakra armour. Perhaps because it was also half-sealed in the half-formed Planetary Devastation Jutsu?
"I mean, Madara has obtained most of the Tailed Beasts and chakra from all the ones he's missing," Sakura corrected herself. "He's planning to resurrect the Ten-Tails, and if he becomes its Jinchūriki, then it's all over for us!"
The mere mention of Madara's name gave Ōnoki pause; Sakura could see it in his eyes. He had doubtlessly heard reports of Madara attacking both the Hidden Leaf and Hidden Stone armies at the Valley of the End, so he knew she wasn't lying about Madara's resurrection... and having witnessed Madara singlehandedly bringing the Hidden Stone to its knees in his youth, he was well acquainted with his terrifying might.
"Dig out your eyes and chop off your breasts, and I'll consider thinking about a ceasefire," A growled. "Otherwise, we keep going. We fight to the death!"
"You would refuse a toast, only to be forced to drink a forfeit?" Sakura snarled, her eyes narrowing dangerously. "Fine then, have it your way… we're doing this the hard way!"
Sakura had two of the Gokage and the last of the free Jinchūriki pinned down, but she couldn't say the same about their armies, nor those of the Sand and Mist. The curtain of night was already beginning to fall on the shinobi continent, and according to Shikaku's best estimations, the village would only be able to hold on for another twenty-four hours, starting now.
It was promising to be very a long night…
