Arthur didn't take Eld's words to heart at all. In his view, Victoria attempting to do something out of line within the Kensington System was simply impossible.
He just lifted his coffee cup, blowing the faint heat on the surface: "So, you mean to say... she's already interested in someone?"
Eld smirked, teasing Arthur with a secret: "That's right, I actually know who it is."
