Just like how Atomic had raised the cultivation bases of Klaus' wives and some of his beast companions, he had also worked on upgrading Asmodeus, the Undead Necromancer.
This decision was reached because Klaus wanted him ready for when Efad needed help clearing the rest of the Void Vortexes. So he upgraded him from the immortal stage to the Supreme stage.
Klaus had no idea what Asmodeus and the rest of his undead—Alesi and Eryx—had been up to after they left Earth. All they told him was that the next time they met, all of them would be at the stage where their strength would speak for itself.
Klaus had no doubt about that, since he knew they were indeed worthy warriors and capable subordinates. During the Era of the Paragon of War, the Undead trio played a key role in helping Magnus shape the universe into what he wanted.
They had played their part in making the universe what it is today.
