Cassian sighed before bending down and lifting Lumine into his arms.
The moment he picked her up, she immediately wrapped both arms around his neck and buried her face against his shoulder.
"Mmm… warm…" she mumbled drunkenly before squinting one eye open at him. "Y-you stole my wine…"
"You were trying to drown Wanni with it," Cassian reminded her.
"She was thirsty…"
"She was unconscious."
"That meansh she couldn' ask for refill…" Lumine argued weakly before already sounding half asleep again.
Beside him, Kirja walked over toward Wanni and crouched down to lift her.
The moment she touched her shoulder, Wanni suddenly jerked awake in panic.
"N-no… don't touch me, you dirty pirates…" she mumbled while weakly waving her hands around. "Your ships smell horrible…"
Kirja stared at her blankly for a second.
"I helped clean those ships, you know."
"That makesh it worsse…" Wanni slurred with complete seriousness before instantly going limp again.
