A tremendous wave of shock surged in the attendant's heart. Charles saw that thing being thrown over and his expression changed as he swiftly stepped back. Because of Charles' quick reaction, the object didn't hit him.
The object was thrown near the attendant, and before he could even utter a sound, it quickly exploded. Everyone present had a change of expression, some feeling a sense of lingering fear.
Sparks quickly ignited on the attendant's body. Fortunately, he had used this type of weapon before. In the moment the sparks ignited, he promptly rolled on the ground to put them out, thus moving from danger to safety, avoiding being turned into a big fireball.
"What do you mean by this?"
After Charles took a step back, he turned his head, squinting his eyes at Ning Fan to ask.
Ning Fan raised an eyebrow and smiled straight at Charles.
"You're asking me? I want to ask what you all mean."
