Qin Qing and Tang Bo, among others, had seen Tu La's notebook, so they were not at all unfamiliar with the name "the Musician." According to Tu La's notes, the Musician hadn't been imprisoned for breaking any laws. Instead, she had voluntarily entered the prison to practice the art of Sound Kill, using the inmates as her test subjects.
In his notebook, Tu La described the Musician this way: cruel, bloodthirsty, murderous, and taking pleasure in toying with people's minds. Her greatest skills were Sound Kill, manipulating others with music, and bewitching their hearts with melody.
"You're well-preserved," Dizang remarked, scrutinizing Mia from head to toe and clicking his tongue in wonder. "According to Tu La, the Musician is over forty, but this Mia here, with her delicate appearance, looks to be around twenty." He then asked, "Have you been eating dead children?"
